5/5 Stars - Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! We had a fantastic experience working with Eddie and the team at Thorough AC to get our new air conditioning unit installed today. From our initial interaction to the final walkthrough, everything was handled with complete professionalism, efficiency, and care. I reached out to Eddie for a quote a little over a week ago, and he responded right away with a clear, reasonable, and competitive price. He was transparent through every step. When he went to order our specific unit and found it was out of stock, he initially offered to split the cost difference for an upgrade so our original quote wouldn't jump up--and then ended up covering the extra cost entirely himself! On top of that, he managed to schedule our installation in the middle of summer just 7 to 8 days after our initial chat. Communication with Eddie was effortless. Being able to text back and forth and send pictures made the planning phase extremely efficient. On installation day, Eddie and his crew arrived 15 minutes early and hit the ground running. The entire team was incredibly respectful of our home and so sweet to our 11-year-old son, who was fascinated and wanted to watch part of the process. They worked cleanly, didn't cut any corners, used high-quality materials, and actually finished ahead of schedule. Before leaving, they tested the system thoroughly and made sure we felt completely comfortable with how everything worked. Eddie emphasized multiple times that they are always available if we ever have questions or need assistance in the future. We are thrilled with our new AC and couldn't ask for better service. If you need HVAC work done, call Thorough AC--Eddie and his team are the absolute best! read more

Our AC died in the middle of a heat wave. We called around and were able to get some quotes. Eddie was able to match the quote and rather than waiting a month for install, he was able to fit us in right away. His team was on time, professional, and got the job done. We are happy with his team and would highly recommend to others needing AC work. read more

Thank you, Eddie for EVERYTHING!!! Ac went out in two days ago and ASI (the white glove guys) came out here and said $20k for a new one. We were given Eddie's info and he came out, did some work, flipped the switch and BOOM! Cold air!! THANK YOU for being kind, we understand you are running a business but your service, your understanding, your help went far and above and we ARE SO THANKFUL!! Customers for LIFE! read more

We couldn't be happier with Eddie's work on our air conditioning installation. He explained the whole process clearly, gave us a fair price, and completed the install right on schedule. I had a great experience with Thorough AC when our air conditioning unit stopped working. I contacted them, and they had a technician at my home within an hour. The technician quickly identified the problem and had everything fixed within 20 minutes. Not only was the service fast and high quality, but the price was also very reasonable. Thorough AC is professional, reliable, and easy to contact. We found Eddie after three other companies couldn't fix the problem. He solved our AC issue on his first visit quickly and fit us into his schedule within a day, which was much appreciated during a heat wave. Eddie was friendly, courteous, professional and knew his stuff. We are happy to be his newest client and won't look anywhere else. read more

Eddie is great to work with, has fair prices and got the entire hvac unit installed in a few hours. I definitely recommend his company.

Eddie and his crew are amazing. We needed a fast solution to our compressor, repairing some things and hooking it back up. They were able to come the next day and get it done. They had a challenge with it and yet they were able to figure it out and get it done. I was so impressed and it really helped us a ton. I highly recommend this company. read more

Eddie was amazing! I was a new customer and called about my AC going out while it was 90 degrees and humid outside. He was at my house in under 1.5 hrs (maybe even less?) and fixed the issue so quickly and efficiently. My neighbors highly recommended Thorough AC and I see why! Thank you for great service! read more

I was referred to Eddie of Thorough AC by a friend and I am so happy I was. My AC died and Eddie came out the next morning after I called him. He diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes for free, where as another company I had out did not and tried to charge me for a diagnostic fee. He gave me a few different options for repair and replacement and was trying to figure out ways to save me money in his options/recommendations. Ultimately I went with a full system replacement due to the age of my system, complexity of the issue, and his very fair pricing when compared to some of the other estimates I received from other companies for a full replacement. Eddie and his team performed the replacement in a single day and the quality of their workmanship and professionalism was top notch. Eddie and his team are very honest, friendly, and hard workers, which is incredibly rare in this industry where every company is seemingly trying to scam people into unnecessary repairs or replacements at sky high costs. Thorough AC is a true gem in this industry and I cannot recommend them enough! read more

Took only 3 Hours for full HVAC replacement! My house is colder than the North Pole now. Thank you Eddie

I highly recommend this company! He came out within 24 hours, even though I told him he could wait a few days since he was busy. He still made time to come out on a Sunday to check my air conditioning unit. Last year, he saved me when I needed help, and once again he provided excellent service. Reliable, professional, and truly cares about his customers. read more

Eddie was referred to me by my real estate agent. I'm so glad he was referred! Eddie and his team were great, flexible with my schedule, on time, and worked super quick without sacrificing quality. He was very pleasant to work with and answered all the questions I had. I would totally recommend him and his team. Thank you, Eddie! read more

Was referred to Eddie by a trusted friend after a terrible experience with a different technician (from a different company that incorrectly installed an HVAC system). Eddie was incredibly responsive and communicated consistently and clearly. He was able to come by with very short notice, diagnose the issue and schedule a follow up to fix. He is professional and appears to have a high standard for work. His pricing definitely seems fair especially considering this industry is somewhat opaque and different technicians quote dramatically different prices for similar work. I found him to be transparent and trustworthy. read more

Knowledgeable, quick and honest - just what I needed for my AC repair. Much better than the big name guys in TV commercials that I have used in the past. thank you! read more

Highly recommend Eddie and Thorough AC! Our previous A/C unit broke during the heat of summer. Eddie was extremely responsive and performed his initial assessment within 24 hours while our old A/C tech was stating he wouldn't be able to schedule us for 1-2 weeks. Eddie was very thorough and transparent with his assessment and recommendation. He presented options without any pressure on our decision. Our new unit was installed in less than 4 days of initially calling Eddie. His team was very professional during the install and did an outstanding job at a very fair price. He standbys by his work and services and is very responsive when I have a question or need something looked at. Eddie has our highest recommendation for any of your AC meeds and requirement! read more

Thorough AC exceeded my expectations. Eddie was honest, professional, and quick to diagnose and fix the issue. The service was excellent, pricing was fair, and the entire process was stress-free. It's hard to find HVAC companies you can truly trust, but Thorough AC has earned my business for years to come. Highly recommended! read more

If I could give Eddie 6 stars, I would. He fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. We have been living with a malfunctioning air conditioner for over a year. Others have tried to fix it and failed. I detailed the symptoms (runs for 6-10 minutes, turns off for 30-40 minutes, repeat, never achieving the set point) and what had been tried. We suspected a clogged condensation line but had no idea where it was or how to clear it, if that was the problem. He said that was likely and explained how he came to that conclusion. He sandwiched a visit into his schedule, traced the condensation line from the attic to the drain pipe under the sink in the second bathroom and cleared the line for us. Success! The a/c is behaving as it should and the house is finally cool. His charge was just a standard visit, which was very reasonable. His expertise was priceless. The photo shows the condensation line. We never would have found it. Thank you Eddie! read more

5 Stars - Excellent Service from Eddie at Thorough AC I normally don't write reviews, but I had such a great experience with Eddie from Thorough AC that I felt it was important to share. After dealing with a nightmarish situation with my old HVAC system and an incredibly frustrating experience with American Home Shield, I was exhausted and stressed trying to find someone I could actually trust. That's when I found Eddie--and I can honestly say he was a blessing in disguise. Eddie came out for a free visit just to review the system and gave me clear, honest guidance on my options without any pressure. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly very experienced. I was so impressed that I moved forward with a new Carrier AC installation, and I couldn't be happier with how smoothly everything went. His team was efficient, respectful, and highly skilled. From start to finish, the whole process was seamless--and such a relief after what I'd been through. If you're looking for HVAC installation, service, or just advice, I highly recommend Eddie and Thorough AC. Seriously--don't waste your time with anyone else. Eddie is the real deal. read more

I contacted Thorough AC, among several others, when our ancient ac unit finally died. They removed our old unit and installed a new one in a much better location. Every aspect of the service was amazing. Here are the primary things you need to know: The owner, Eddie, is extremely responsive. If he isn't available when you call, he always gets back promptly by either call or text. Bonus - he is a super nice guy that is a pleasure to work with! The pricing was the best. We had several companies out, and Thorough AC had the best prices. They are honest. They give you all the options and don't engage in pushy up sale tactics. If there is a cheap repair that may suffice, they will tell you about it. They are timely. They show up when they say they will without fail. They do outstanding work. We couldn't be happier with our new unit. It works great, it's quiet, and it is now in a much less intrusive location. The crew did great work and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. We 100% recommend Thorough AC. read more

Eddie made us feel like were a family friend! I ran into having a mold contaminated hvac and got quotes from 7 HVAC companies. Eddie answered all of my questions and even when he knew I was starting to lean towards another another big name company he gave me advice, took the extra time to walk me through other quotes and advise me in what to do if I went with other companies. I was so appreciative of his help and not being a "sales pitch" that I chose to use him and I made a great decision! I knew that I could trust him to do the job right, and not sell me on stuff that I didn't need. From start to finish Eddie and his team were great and I 10/10 recommend them and I am very picky! read more

If there was an option to give Eddie a 10 star review I would! He was so helpful and honest with the issue our AC was having. My wife and I had reached out to another company to have them come take a look and give us pricing. When they arrived, they didn't explain what was wrong and tried to mention we needed to replace the unit... After calling and getting a second opinion, Eddie came by and immediately knew what was wrong. He came back, switched out a part and our AC was running again. Calling Eddie saved us thousands and we were so thankful to have used him. I highly recommend him for any of your repairs. Thanks again for all your help! read more

I wanted to take the time and let people know that Thorough AC is not only a great company for your AC needs, but also treats customers like family. Our AC broke during a July heatwave. We called a few AC companies, but most of them could not get out to assess the situation right away. Eddie with Thorough AC was able to get to our condo within a day, and give us an estimate. I was 4 hours away when this happened, but my 2 young-adult sons were at condo and able to let Eddie in, and Eddie did an excellent job of keeping me in the loop of what was going on via phone/text. He explained in detail what the issue was beforehand, so we could decide if we wanted to proceed. He even helped us get HOA approval for the work, since he was familiar with how our complex works. He installed a new unit, and it is working great. Definitely would recommend him for any AC work you need done. read more

Great job by Eddie and team. Eddie came by Monday to give me an estimate for new AC ( we didn't have it ), and also found all of our duct work in attack needed to be replaced. Gave me a price which was lower than others so we went with him. One of my friends referred him as well which is how we found him. He had all materials shipped to our house on Friday and then did the install on Saturday AM in about 6 hours... I believe 4 or 5 guys were on the install. Very clean and meticulous while the job was being Done. Would use again and recommend to others. read more
