His diagnosis was that we don't clean our dishes well. He basically berated us. Then I go to Yelp and Daily Home Solutions responds quickly. I explained that hat was happening and he quickly told me he can look at it. He sent a request to pay the initial service fee. He scheduled an appointment and updated me when he was close by. He had the part, very professional, wore a mask inside. We don't require it but it may have made him feel more comfortable . He was polite, he immediately knew the issue and began resolving the issue. He got 50% completed but the part that Bosch sent him was incorrect. He carefully showed me the part that he had didn't have a chip inside. The one I had did have a computer chip that informs on how to drain. Quite interesting. He came back the next week, installed the part quickly. My recommendation is this gentleman for any appliance issues. I know my first call is to him. He's prompt, professional, great conversationalist, overall superb service.

While the warranty company ultimately reimbursed us, it was Eddie that came to the rescue! Further, Eddie was able to diagnose the problem and solve it in 15 minutes - the other companies wanted me to remove the wall oven (about 400 lbs) from the wall. This really demonstrated for me the common-sense, tactical approach Eddie applied versus the other technicians' sledgehammer-on-a-fly approach. Yes, I fully recommend this service and Eddie!

Even their home repair company is worse. I have to tell you, I was beyond frustrated and disheartened because I felt like my washing machine wouldn't be fixed anytime soon. I called my Home Warranty back, telling them I can't have Sears and that I need to go with my own people. With enough passion and vigor in my voice, they gave me the opportunity and connected me with these guys. They understood my frustration and did everything they could to fit me in within a few days of my phone call. They were able to come out and fix my washing machine promptly, providing amazing customer service. Thank you, Mike, for fixing my washing machine and doing it with such care. I appreciate your warm and caring personality, as well as your desire to ensure my satisfaction as a customer. The owner insisted it was just detergent and claimed not to smell anything off. She agreed to reclean it, but the odor remained. The rug was unsalvageable and, being discontinued, impossible to replace--ruining the design of the room. Despite this, I gave them another chance, assuming the issue was with their third-party rug cleaner. This time, I brought in a barely-used winter quilt set to be cleaned before storing it for the season. The place was undergoing renovations, it was sweltering, and the doors were wide open with fans blowing. I was told it might take longer--but surprisingly, it was ready the next day. When I picked it up, the entire package reeked of cat urine, fake floral scent, and body odor. One sham even had a bleach-like fade, though they swore no bleach was used. I contacted them immediately when I got home. Again, I was told it was just detergent. I couldn't even bring the items into the house--the stench was unbearable and multiple family members agreed. I brought it back for recleaning, and the owner, still claiming she couldn't smell anything after putting her nose right into the fabric, supposedly "washed" it again with unscented detergent and deodorizer. It came back even worse--now with a fishy odor added to the mix. I'm now out a $400 quilt set, (on top of the rug that was thrown out in the fall) and all they offered was a refund for the original cleaning. No accountability. Just excuses and an alarming inability to acknowledge clear and overwhelming odor issues. I can't fathom that I'm the only one who has had this problem, but since no one else has shared this issue in a review, I thought I would do so to prevent someone else's misfortune.
