Well, long story short, the belt and the agitator in my Speed Queen washing machine had broken due to its age. I didn't know that at the time, but I called my Home Warranty company, and they tried to send me Sears. I absolutely hate Sears. There's a reason why that company has fallen off the face of the planet. The reason is their horrible customer service. Nobody goes into their stores and buys their crappy products. Even their home repair company is worse. I have to tell you, I was beyond frustrated and disheartened because I felt like my washing machine wouldn't be fixed anytime soon. I called my Home Warranty back, telling them I can't have Sears and that I need to go with my own people. With enough passion and vigor in my voice, they gave me the opportunity and connected me with these guys. They understood my frustration and did everything they could to fit me in within a few days of my phone call. They were able to come out and fix my washing machine promptly, providing amazing customer service. Thank you, Mike, for fixing my washing machine and doing it with such care. I appreciate your warm and caring personality, as well as your desire to ensure my satisfaction as a customer. I have to say that my Home Warranty also appreciated their invoice and accepted it within a few hours. Hopefully, I'll get some of this repair paid for later on down the road. I had no problems with them picking up my dry cleaning in Oakmont. Their dry cleaning was adequate - not exceptional but adequate. I would have continued to use them. Then, the management changed. I called to have my cleaning picked up and got an earful about how awful the last manager was (who had left), something I didn't need to hear. My dry cleaning was no longer picked up at my Oakmont home on a consistent basis. Sometimes the clothes were on my porch (rain, shine, snow) the entire day. They would apologize but then said I had to have them pick up my dry cleaning up least twice a month or they would no longer pick it up at all. So, I attempted to comply with this. Still, they would miss picking up the dry cleaning about 60% of the time. This almost NEVER happened with the previous manager that they said was so awful. I complained, and the woman who replaced the previous manager was nasty to me (she has NO understanding of customer service). I stopped using them. The owner called and asked me to give them another chance. I told the new manager of my conversation with the owner and this made her really mad - and it became increasingly more frequent that they did NOT pick up my dry cleaning even though they promised they would. The last straw was her arguing with me that the driver told her the laundry wasn't on the porch, when it was, and she believed him and not me. She essentially called me a liar. I'm done. Beware.
