I'm sorry to report you'll have a hard time getting this company to return your calls. After repeated messages (say about 8) and a complaint to Amazon Local I finally got called back. They came out and looked at my roof and gave me some advice. They seemed like nice people and were easy to talk with. That's as far as it went. Subsequent calls to them to follow-up on their advice (i.e. please come out and do the work you said I needed to have done) went unanswered (about another 4 calls). In summary, well meaning people who you'll have to chase. Your expectations should be you won't hear back from them. If you do, I seriously doubt you'll be able to get them to show up and do work for you. It's really too bad, but they're making that reputation for themselves.
