After many attempts, we decided to return the item. Because the saw was out of the box and we attempted to start the saw, the item is not returnable because Lowes cannot re-sell the item After speaking with Lowes Executive Team, the only option is to go through an Authorized Dealer to fix a brand new saw that has never been used. When you purchase an item, the expectation is that the item will work and you take it out of the box. Unfortunately, we made the assumption that the saw would work and now the item is not returnable because we assumed incorrectly. Morale of the story is buy directly from an Authorized Dealer.

Despite buying their third-party installers and naming them Home Depot Delivery, they have no control over what these technicians do or should I say won't do? They refused to install my dishwasher because I have one shut off valve coming from my hot water that buy for kate to my faucet and my dishwasher. Best Buy had no problems installing a dishwasher several years back with the same set up. I've looked into it and it's not against code so this is just on them and their policy. So I offered to sign a contract accepting liability to my waterline if any damage occurred during the install and yet they still refused to install my dishwasher. I am waiting on a full refund and will be doing all of my home improvement shopping elsewhere from this point on. Isn't Home Depot slogan something to do with where "doers get things done?" I would say they falsely advertise!
