Then one after one each salesmen came up to us. Then-they were stalking and staring. I walked out I wouldn't buy anything from high pressure salesmen. My Fiance stayed liked something but it was overpriced. She looked on THEIR website everything was cheaper , MUCH cheaper why? 100 to deliver it 3 miles away , and they use an outside delivery company. RIP OFF. A furniture store with no delivery truck? The delivery however went very well, except they came an hour early. Another red flag. ok we handled that, 40 dollars to put together and its a piece of crap. Its put together badly, legs wobbly, one of the doors door does not close all the way ,the drawers are loose , and the legs are uneven .i have videos and pictures to show everything. Now were stuck with it because we need it now . This furniture will not last even a year or 2. I will make sure this review is on every social media site . I had a bad feeling about this place the second I walked in. My fiance wanted to give them a chance... being nice doesnt pay. I SENT PICTURES BUT I HAVE VIDEOS.

My wife and I purchased a headboard, dresser, chest of drawers and nightstand in November 2016…read more Reda was very up front with us as we negotiated a very fair price. The furniture was delivered roughly 6 weeks later, and we were so happy with the quality and service that we ordered the rest of the pieces to complete the bedroom set. The additional pieces we ordered were a night stand and the king bed with storage drawers. Once again the furniture arrived around 6 weeks later. After the first few nights of rest, my wife and I realized that our bed suddenly felt as if it led to a ditch that we would roll into in the middle of our bed, during the night. We weren't getting much sleep so we brought this to Reda's attention. He personally came to our home to see the furniture and make sure that it was assembled properly. He thought it was, but he still reached out to the manufacturer to see if anyone has had such an issue before, to which the manufacturer said they hadn't. Reda wanted to make the situation right, which he did. He had 2 of his men come out and assemble extra support on the bed to the extent of $200 worth of supplies of which was no cost to us! This has rectified the issue and for that, we couldn't be happier with the service we received.

My experience at Mill House Antiques was one of the best and unforgettable shopping trips I have…read morehad. It rivaled antique stores I've visited in NYC. But more than the exquisite furniture was the amazing customer service shown to us by Ali in the carpet and antique department on the second floor. He showered us with attention and kindness, thoughtfully educating us on the different carpets and techniques of production. His love of the craft clearly came through and it made the experience so enriching. He will treat you as family, not as a customer and it is a type of kindness that is so rare these days. It made a huge impression on me and my family. The prices in Mill House are very fair and they are willing to negotiate. There are so many treasures in this emporium that are displayed in an elegant way, not like the tangled, crowded mess that some antique stores have. Each piece has a story and is truly a unique art piece. You will not regret making the trip to this beautiful store and finding that one-of-a-kind piece that will dazzle and inspire.
