They also installed a new sink, faucets, and plumbing for two showers and the sink. The plumber they used (and he only worked for them) had a terrible attitude especially when asked a question. Now we have found a major leak under that sink. Water spouted from the new hot water pipe and flooded the cabinet and floor. Even turned off, the shut-off valve he put in didn't stop the water. We had to shut off the main line and call someone to put in new piping. He showed us how worn the three year old plumbing was. Also the bathroom has a powerful exhaust fan yet the paint job (that was manufactured in the cabinet and mirror) was chipping off. I honestly would not recommend this place for any type of renovations. It's costing us more money to remedy the plumbing problem and to replace the sink and sink cabinet. (Which, by the way was all poorly caulked and black mold was caked on the tile wall when our plumber removed the sink and cabinet. It must have been going on for the past three years.)

As a customer, I expect to be treated with dignity and respect and not yelled at, patronized, or belittled. How I was treated is not the way to conduct business and retain/add customers!

We are over-the-moon happy with the work that they've done for us in all aspects of both projects. Everything from the initial design to the final installation was smooth and communicated clearly. The main reason I would recommend them is their dedication to making you happy with the end result. If there was a little detail I wanted changed it was never an issue. On time, great work, and reliable. However, within 3 months of install, I have two cabinet doors that have paint chipping off of them. They are 12 weeks old and in worse shape than the 13 year old cabinets we replaced. We are a meticulous,adults only household. I reached out to the owner and was told "water is like cancer to the cabinet finish". After explaining that we do not let water sit on the cabinets, I never heard back. Could have purchased the same cabinets and countertop at a Big Box store, but might have ended up with a 21 inch sink as requested, and not a 21 inch sink base, which resulted in an 18 inch sink - the difference was never explained. But the big problem was the contractor Lisa highly recommended as a "craftsman" - George Evans. He continuously made misrepresentations about timing (gross delays, even by contractor's standards). A number of important elements needed to be redone (e.g., wrong type/color of paint, counter top design and grout), because he did not follow specific written and verbal instructions, and could not focus on time management, details, and task completion. He persistently gave excuses and blamed others (subcontractors) for delays and errors; after a point, he lost credibility. We ended up accepting his mistakes as design compromises, just to get the job done and get George out of the house. Bottom Line: I CANNOT recommend Kitchen Krafter.

We visited the large box stores (Lowes and Home Depot) but were unhappy with both the pricing (even after "discounts") and the level of expertise of the employees assigned to the kitchen department. A friend told us of Kitchen Krafter and my wife and I decided to try them. We were helped by Lisa and Carla, two of the most knowledgeable kitchen cabinet people I have ever met! After innumerable phone calls and questions, we purchased our kitchen cabinets and crown molding from them, at a less expensive price then the box stores (same products!). When the cabinets arrived my wife didn't like the grain on one of the cabinet doors (subjective opinion), so Lisa had it quickly exchanged without any problem. Such personnal service and product expertise could not be matched by any other cabinet supplier that we met with. Go with these gals - they are great!
