There's always pretty wide selection too, and pricing is reasonable. After 6-8 or so orders, there was only one time when there was a problem: I ordered chocolates and a teddy bear to be delivered with a bouquet. When the flowers arrived without the other stuff, I called, they caught the mix-up, and resolved it immediately, sending the chocolates and bear out then and there. Zero fuss. I plan to continue giving my business to Van Brunt flowers for the foreseeable future.
