He spent the entire time we wandered around his store working on his computer. He never asked if he could help, nor did he take time to explain the features of the various patio doors we were looking at. Just endlessly typing away on his computer. When we asked what doors type might be the best, he explained that they'd have to take measurements first, then he would let us know his recommendations. At no time did he leave his desk or stop typing on the computer. Even when we stood directly in front of him, he couldn't maintain eye contact for more than ten seconds before he went back to the keyboard. Most of our conversation was with the top of his head. Lesson learned: if you're that disinterested in the customers right in front of you, then you don't deserve their business.
