If a design person cannot answer customer questions and gets overwhelmed then there's a real problem. After 4 weeks of working on a design that was for a pretty simple revamp, Valerie could still not get our floor plans right. The builder wrote to me to say that the measurements were still not correct. Save yourself time and energy and don't go here for your kitchen design. Seems all this person has time to do is go for "trainings" that don't appear to translate into work output. Poor communication about timelines and every inquiry was met with a defensive list of reasons about why she couldn't get to our project in a timely manner. Undoubtably the worst customer experience I've ever had.

Because the AC unit stopped working properly one year after purchase, returns are made to the manufacturer. Each time you provide Hisense with what they request, they inform you of something else that needs to be sent in. They never gave me a list and provided me with the documents needed in any of my 5 phone calls or 5 emails. After I gave them everything they requested, they then wanted me to cut the cord to the unit and send them a picture. I was not doing that as the fan still worked. I needed at least that if I was to be without an AC unit in 90 degree heat for a week with my elderly mother. At this point I was exhausted with the situation. I knew Lowes did not take returns on this but I had no where else to turn. I told my story to the first person who picked up at customer service. She was kind and understanding. She then put Ashley, the manager, on. Ashley took ownership of the situation and solved my issue immediately. It is the type of character you would expect from a business owner who understands the thirty thousand foot view of a situation. When I arrived the next day to exchange my unit, Kim, an associate, said with a smile you must be Marie. Everyone was friendly while they got Ashley. I wanted to hug her. To sum it up. Ashley deserves recognition for her leadership. It's further evidenced by the staff she manages.

After many attempts, we decided to return the item. Because the saw was out of the box and we attempted to start the saw, the item is not returnable because Lowes cannot re-sell the item After speaking with Lowes Executive Team, the only option is to go through an Authorized Dealer to fix a brand new saw that has never been used. When you purchase an item, the expectation is that the item will work and you take it out of the box. Unfortunately, we made the assumption that the saw would work and now the item is not returnable because we assumed incorrectly. Morale of the story is buy directly from an Authorized Dealer.
