As I attempted to leave my home for a scheduled doctor appointment, to my surprise, I found both entrances totally blocked with mulch! I immediately called the office and explained the situation. The owner, Jerry, clearly stated there was nothing he could do about it. I voiced my concern about not being able to exit my home in the event of an emergency. I suggested perhaps the driver whom was only 10 minutes away could come back and make a path. I was so taken with his "I don't care" attitude especially being an owner. What is more disappointing was his lack of respect. His nasty tone thinking he is superior to everyone else. I wonder if he is this disrespectful to his workers. Jerry, you have alot to learn apparently about customer service and truly you are a poor excuse for a man!!

The first person I spoke to was polite, Sort of admitting their folly but not apologizing by any stretch. It was a nice little bouquet, just not even close to the item I ordered. When I request the change tho, the conversation was less friendly. The 2nd arrangement that came does look like what I ordered, but still only about half the size of the photo. It's easy enough to count stems. Bottom line is I felt ripped off and if taking 3 minutes to post photos and write a review saves someone the aggravation, it's worth it.
