I asked them to do a diagnose on camshaft sensors and VVT solenoids. They gave me a report about coolant level, tire condition and told me camshaft phasers are improperly installed while a vehicle can run and idle smoothly. The funny thing is they said they got me a discounted quote for $7000 as if I was looking a car from a dealer just to do work on timing chain. I suggested them to look for other easy prey, not me. They charge insane amount of money for what they call a diagnosis to get a report on break fluid level and tire conditions. My advice to customers looking to go there or being referred for them just avoid them at all costs.

I love everything about these cars: safety, comfort, looks, sound system, road handling. But if you read this, be warned: the Lexus NX 350 has been re-designed and the hatch lid does not come up as high as in the previous model. It's dangerous! if you're even close to being tall, you have to bend over to get anything in or out of the hatch without hitting your head. I wish we had been warned about the change because at 6', this hatch is hazardous for me after years of not having to worry about emptying or filling the hatch. Test before you buy or lease.

I have been going to this shop for more than 20 years, always had a great experience. I was a…read morelittle apprehensive this time as I found a new owner but I thought a new owner would not make a difference. I was very wrong! I asked them to replace brakes in our Lexus Nx200t. They charged me to replace both brake pads and rotors, front and back. The brakes were functioning normally but the car started making a squeaking sound whenever I was turning right. They agreed to look into it but I had to take it back twice; the first time they sent me back although they told me to come on a Monday morning. After the second visit, they said that my wheel bearings needed replacement and the squeaking sound had nothing to do with the brake job. I argued that the sound came only during turning sharply, but they were dismissive. I took my car to Doc's automotive, and they were surprised that the brakes had not been greased. Doc's Automotive fixed the noise but I had to pay a good amount of money, which included three hours of labor. I need to mention that the Lexus came with a lock for lug nuts and they used unnecessarily high torque to shear the lock and lug nuts in the front wheels. Doc's automotive said that the back ones were crushed and new wheel lug studs had to be put in. I will never go back to this store again.
