My 2019 Prius is literally an extension of myself, and I'm not super finicky, but I plan to keep it for many more years so I wanted it repaired before it rusted. They were so kind and informative through the whole process, from the time I took it in for an estimate, until I picked it up looking flashier than it was when I brought it in. Extra special shout outs to JC at the counter, Kevin, and Jonathan Barnes. This was my first time, dealing with this kind of repair with insurance and collision, and they handled all of it, from communicating with the insurance company, to keeping me informed of the progress, to making sure my car was shiny and beautiful for me upon pick up. The level of care and ownership these people took in their work was positively heartwarming. Whatever they are making, it's not enough. As some of these yelp reviews can attest to, these people are clearly the target of a lot of unnecessary abuse, but they were nothing but the penultimate professionals whenever I was there. They will have my business forever.

The shop did not disclose that damage had been done to the muffler because the insurance would pay for the muffler but not the pipe. But they didn't offer the option to pay for the pipe myself until I drove the "all fixed" car for three days and realized something was wrong with the muffler. Everything went downhill from there, with a whole day wasted when they were supposed to fix the muffler but didn't get the parts to do it. The staff was surly and would not use my correct name. The manager argued with me about my experience when I complained and tried to gaslight me about what happened. Don't go here!

After my vehicle was stolen, it was recovered the next day by the Kent County Sheriff's Department near Rockford, Michigan. The damage was extensive, including the steering column, dashboard, windshield, and much of the interior. I honestly wondered if it would ever look the same again. Once it arrived at Craig's Collision in Holt, your staff treated me with professionalism and courtesy. You worked directly with my insurance company, kept me informed throughout the repairs, and made a very stressful experience much easier to manage. When I picked up my vehicle, I was truly amazed. The workmanship was exceptional, both the interior and exterior looked like new, and it was hard to believe it was the same vehicle. Your attentions to detail in your work were evident throughout. Looking back, having my vehicle towed the additional 80 miles to Craig's Collision was one of the best decisions I could have made. Every extra mile was worthwhile. I would make the same decision again without hesitation. Thank you for restoring not only my vehicle but also my confidence that businesses like yours still take great pride in serving their customers. I would gladly recommend Craig's Collision to anyone in need of quality vehicle repairs. With sincere gratitude, Michael Haley Holt, Michigan

I am glad they didn't try to push those items saying they were needed right now but the actually let me know to keep an eye on them. My daughter's car was towed in for an evaluation and I got a call from Rod the co-owner of RMB. Not only did he tell me what he thought was wrong with the car , but he said it in a way I could understand it, and quoted me a great price! I am an educated, professional woman, but I know nothing about cars and I am sick of auto repair places that tell you something that you can't understand and get condescending when you ask them to explain (" it's OK little lady I'll take care of it")....and dealers are cost prohibitive. When I told Rod I appreciated the fact that he explained everything in plain English that I could understand, he informed me that his wife Maria (the other half of RMB) was responsible for that. Maria made him call back a client and explain after she overheard him on the phone with the woman. Thank you Maria. We were quoted $160 for this service by phone and text. LJ at front desk accepted car, we did not hear from them for more than 24 hours. Daughter received text stating cost would be $250 including a "diagnosis fee", and she declined to sign (I had diagnosed the problem). On phone they then said they only changed REAR differential fluid (NOT what we asked for or were quoted) and front problem persisted-we were polite during this time. We were then quoted additional $200 for front diff service. We went to store, LJ was at computer and said "It will be a minute" while we waited.... After 2 minutes he finally looked up and engaged with my daughter, then went to get manager. Manager mostly pleasant but only addressed me (owner daughter standing right there) and was condescending when I asked specifics regarding the work to be done stating "you let me handle the mechanics of the car". They finally did the front diff/transmission fluid change at a "discount" of $150 after having car for 3 days! Checked and they overfilled fluid by at least 1 quart. Had front diff serviced again at another shop.
