In a team based small community, teachers rotated amongst a small group of students throughout the day. Every teacher wants to get to know each child and nurture their souls and accept them as a person not as another student passing through the door. In recent years, Rancho became the school to watch in our state. Students who moved onto high school would come back to visit all the time to thank their teachers.

The campus felt warm, organized, and well structured, and it was clear the students are happy and well cared for. Milpitas unified school district encompass 9 elementary schools, 2 middle schools and 2 high schools. It also has Adult Ed in two separate locations one of which is in the district office with the other one is a program inside Elmwood correctional facility. Facing forward towards global citizenship as well as competitiveness they strive in coming up with curriculum that is both comprehensive and engaging. They have embraced the common core in the elementary schools but has also dabbled in utilizing personalized learning programs. I never thought I would be reviewing a school district but now I am. Coming from a different school district, i see the difference of being in a school with below IP scores and being in a school that's academically thriving. Being a parent who would want the best for their child but lives within paycheck to paycheck is but grateful to have the opportunity to be in a school district that focuses on the achievement of its students and instilling a strong sense of community.

I glad that the staff does that and makes the kids feel safe.

She was very rude and mean. I have a blood clot and my doctor called me while working and was told to go the emergency room immediately. It's a life threatening situation. I later found out they cancelled my entire job for a month since they didnt like that I was sick and had to go. I can work fine. These people are supposed to in service to the public and help people . What kind of people are they ? And what kind of admin is running this place ? It's a terrible school and I was discriminated against for my health!
