Her scar is not so obvious as it was but still on her face. When he hurt my kid, he got everybody out of the office and sent us away. He had no idea what to do but to deny everything. I've been going to Dr. Puschak for at least 10 years. I've moved a bunch of times since I lived in Lexington, but i've never switched dentists, because he is the best. Both he and all his staff are kind, thorough, and very patient. I think Dr. Puschak really loves being a dentist, because he is always happy to thoroughly talk through any questions or concerns that you might have, and he always has the latest technology. His enthusiasm when he gets talking about dentistry is kind of cute, and it's interesting to know what is really going on in your mouth. I have a particularly finicky set of teeth, which have caused me a lot of suffering, and he has been meticulous when dealing with them. I've had a number of dentists over the years, and he is by far the most detail oriented and careful when doing fillings and root canals. Once you get one of those nasty things done you want it to stick! My daughter also sees him, and he took out her wisdom teeth recently. He did a great job, and he even called us a couple of days later to check up on her. Both my hygienist, Molly, and the office manager, Kathy are outstanding as well. I have been going to Tom's practice since my daughters were 2 and 5 years old. They are now 24 and 27 - 22 years we've been his patients! Tom and his team are beyond exceptional.!! So much so that though I moved out of state 5 years ago I still drive 1 3/4 hours to see them, simply haven't found a dental practice that can compare to Dr. Puschak's and I consider Tom and Carol friends. The team is thorough, they'll take as much time as you need to explain the pros and cons of any procedure complete with cost analyses. They're always one step ahead and put a lot emphasis on preventive care particularly for me as I am now in my 60's. And, their office is warm and inviting. I live in Bedford and my family and I have been seeing Dr. Thomas B. Puschak for over 7 years now. We switched to Thomas because we were not satisfied with our previous dentist. This is a family run business and you can feel it when you arrive, I am always greeted and treated warmly. I don't have the best teeth, but Thomas and his staff have been amazing. I have gone through different types of root canals, fillings, and wisdom teeth removal with Thomas and I have never had a hiccup. I had a tooth ache for a few days which I ignored until one evening around 6.30pm I was in a lot of pain. So I frantically yelped dentist that were open late in my area and I found Dr Puschak. I called him at 7pm and he said he has to go to a meeting in a few minutes and if I come in at 8.15PM, he will be able to look. This was after hours for him but he understood the intensity of my pain and treated me. How awesome is that. He did a root canal to one of my molars and was there till 10pm to finish it. I really applaud him for that. To treat a patient and relive him from pain even after hours of work is a great thing. He is very friendly and made my first root canal feel really easy. I highly recommend Dr. Puschak and his dental practice. Each of the dental hygienists are friendly, professional, and great at what they do! Molly is especially great, and I have been going to her for years. She distracts me with funny stories while she cleans my teeth and the time flies by. Since I have been going to her and Dr. Puschak, my teeth and gums look and feel better, and I take more pride in my dental care. The atmosphere in the office is always enjoyable and inviting and at my last cleaning, I felt such a warmth with the office staff. When you can tell that the employees working in the office really like what they do and where they work, the patients can sense it, and you immediately feel that you are in good hands. They recently sent me home with a toothbrush, travel toothpaste, magnets, pens, a notepad, a shopping bag--and Dr. Puschak's wife shared a few book recommendations as well! My general anxiety at doctors offices easily melts away each time I walk through their door. I went for the first time last week for a cleaning and had a great experience. The hygienist, Molly, was very thorough. I was able to get a copy of my x-ray to take home, which I appreciated. And the dentist helped me to understand the growth of a wisdom tooth by using a camera to display pictures of the back of my mouth on a computer screen. read more

Never take your children there. He checked my 4 year old daughters teeth and told they have cavities. So, told us to fill them. We actually did! and cost more than 800$. Later, I realized some of these teeth fall off and no need filling. I hated my self putting my daughter in to this crap. This was a huge mistake I did. I hate him!! read more

I have been going to Dr. Puschak for over 25 years. He has always done great work on my teeth as well as my family's. His wife is now back working with him. It reminds me of his early days when it was just the two of them. Their business has grown quite a bit over the years but the friendly atmosphere remains. In all the years I have been lucky to have had only one emergency call to him. He came right in on his day off to fix the issue.
