Hello, I and my son have received excellent care from Dr. Lewis and his team for the last 16 years. We appreciate everyone in his dentistry. All of them are very friendly and they treat their patients with great respect and care. Interestingly, my son, even while he was a little boy, did not get nervous when he went to "Dr. Lewis' place". He often enjoyed his experience there due to the not so stressful procedures, the positive human interactions and the knowledge he gained over his dental care. Obviously nobody really enjoy their teeth being drilled when this has to be done. I think Dr. Lewis and his team managed to take care of the teeth to prevent the decay from happening or the decay from getting too deep, if they can, so the procedures are usually not so stressful. If the problem came to be more serious, they will do as gentle as they can to make the process less stressful than otherwise. When I have questions (I am a person often with a lot of questions), Dr. Lewis always has great patience to listen and to answer my questions in order for me to make well-informed decisions that I am comfortable with. With Dr. Lewis, I am not afraid to ask seemingly difficult questions. He and his team know the critical importance of patients' concerns being addressed effectively. My son feels the same. For all those years, we can tell that Dr. Lewis GENUINELY loves what he does and wants to do it to the best he can. I believe that the love for one's profession shapes one's attitude to one's work and one's attitude towards one's patients. I was away on vacation in the Caribbean when after having too much fun, i had terrible accident and suffered a nasty fall and broke my two front teeth beyond repair so i thought at the time. i was hysterical, depressed traumatized and feared i would never be able to smile again. Luckily i was coming home the next day and my boyfriend advised me to call my old dentist from the island and make an emergency appointment. even after explaining my accident they couldn't see me for another three days which to me was an eternity and a letdown from my own dentist. So i decided to call 1-800-dentist and got referred to Dr. Lewis who agreed to see me as soon as i got home. i left the islands with an appointment but with so much apprehension about seeing a new Dentist in my predicament at that time. The minute we met at the office, he sensed my anxiety and apprehension. i looked around and thought this place is too small to fix my problem and needed my old Dentist's lg clinic to boost my confidence. By the time the appointment was over, i was smiling ear to ear with my temporarily implants and the tears had dried off. He was gentle, sincere, empathetic and confident. i knew i will be alright. when i got home my family and boyfriend couldn't believe the difference. Dr. Lewis is truly one of a kind. His work is truly from his heart. Its been a while now. i have permanent implants and you would never know i had an terrible accident. I had neglected my teeth for years and needed to find a caring dentist that understood that I had a long time fear of dentists due to childhood issues. I had contacted 3 dentists and Dr. Lewis was the only one that actually called me to come in to his office and talk. During my initial consultation, Dr. Lewis understood my issues, concerns and we worked out a plan. Wonderful. Over 3 years now, he and his staff have worked within my budget but most importantly, he has given me a smile which I have not seen in a long time. 1 week ago, I had an interview scheduled in NY for a very good job that I wanted and needed. At 5:30 eating dinner I had lost a front tooth. I called the office at 5:57pm spoke with Theresa and she transferred him to me. He was walking out the door. Dr. Lewis told me to come in. He and his tech stayed and repaired my front tooth. I went to my interview the next day in NY and got the job. I am a patient of the Dr. Bruno. I have going to this man for 40 years and he is wonderful. He did however tell me I needed to cap a very old filled tooth. I waited and it broke. Dr. Bruno was out and Dr. Lewis took me early that morning. I needed a root canal. I didn't enjoyed it but the experience was a painless as possible. I have almost no discomfort during or afterwards. The staff is always friendly. Dr. Lewis and Dr. Bruno alway follow up with a phone call to make sure I not having any problems. Several years prior to moving to Burlington, I was under the services of dental surgeon who was encouraging me to have four molars extracted. That recommendation scared me to a point that I stopped going to the dentist. Finally, after moving to Burlington, I decided to bite the bullet and reinitiate dental care, even if it meant removal of a few teeth. Through the services of Drs. Lewis and Pandolfo all my dental issues were addressed, without the loss of any teeth. Needless to say, I'm no longer afraid to go to the dentist and very appreciative of the services provided by Drs. Lewis and Pandolfo. When I moved to Burlington, I knew I had to find a good one ... one who understands that even though I'm a good-sized gentleman, I'm still intimidated by semi-annual visits to the dentist's chair. Dr. Lewis is that guy. He's going to deliver his professional dental diagnosis in real-world terms. He'll take the time to explain things that need explanation and he offers solutions that are livable and affordable. The office is friendly; the techs are personable and don't mess around. I've had some horrible experiences with other dentists in the area and Dr. Lewis' office is such a refreshing change. I am not a huge fan of dentists and needed quite a bit of work done but, Dr. Lewis and his staff have always put me at ease first and done a great job. One on the one occasion that I had an issue, I experienced pain after having a temporary crown put in, but when I called the office, they were able to see me the next day to resolve the problem. Furthermore, they called to check on how I'm doing afterwards to make sure I was doing okay. Dr. Lewis and his staff are great and I highly recommend them! read more

Dr Lewis is fantastic! His staff is fabulous! I have numerous medical issues which needed to be addressed before Dr Lewis did a filling. I was very anxious before the appointment. He understood and put me at ease within a few minutes of being in the dental chair. Dr Lewis was very patient and understanding. I have some really old, large fillings from childhood, and a few teeth have broke along the fillings (thank you movie theater popcorn). I required crowns each time and Dr Lewis has been amazing at saving the tooth each time and did a fantastic job. He has made each experience as painless as possible and even called me at home to check on me after I came to him with a very painful, cracked tooth. Today I saw Dr. Lewis for cracked tooth. Turned out two back teeth cracked. All prep work was done in two hours. All went great and staff made me feel at ease. Thanks to Dr. Lewis I can chew pain free. His bill was explained to me insurance and all. Also over the years I have had root canals and fillings. Never had a bad experience with Dr. Lewis and staff.
