Just had my first visit today and had to go in and give a review right away. All the positive reviews are legit! Dr. Song and his team are amazing. One of the best experiences I have had with a dental office all around, beginning to end. Dare I say I am looking forward to my next visit? Weird, I know. But you'll understand once you go. I am switching my whole family to Dr. Song's office!! read more

So surprising to see Dr.Song doesn't have 5 million stars. If I could give him infinity, I would! My daughter had a super stressful visit with another dentist that caused extreme PAIN, aniexty and potential unnecessary work. We visited Dr. Song for a second opinion, and she was immediately at ease. The whole staff had her comfort in mind, as did the incredibly well-curated, thoughtful space, which was clearly designed with patients in mind. Dr. Song made easing her worries a top priority and was sure to address those first. After examination, he offered a much less invasive option. The procedure was fast and painless. My daughter greeted me back in the waiting room swiftly and SMILING! I can't thank him enough. My teenage daughter is now his #1 fan and telling all her friends to see him! In addition to his incredible empathy, understanding, and talent, his office staff easily navigates insurance and scheduling. We can't thank him enough. read more

Wow. Completely impressed by this practice. I had to call for an unrelated endodontist situation. I can't even begin to tell you how well I've been treated. From the start speaking with Theresa who is a wonderful person to be super educated about the process, to meeting Dr. Song, I can't say enough about this practice. I'm going to have a root canal there. Not thrilled. Dr. Song was amazing and putting me at ease by talking to me about what is going to happen. So personable. Although he isn't doing it, they have somebody right in their practice who can do it. I don't have to go somewhere else, and I like that! The office is spotless. The staff, super friendly. If you don't have insurance, they have a membership plan that gives you proper dental care annually. Who does that nowadays? They do. They have all sorts of ways to put you completely at ease while in the chair. I think I'm jumping ship from my current dentist and moving to them full-time. Can't wait! I only can think of one downside. (Not a big one ) They don't accept care credit. Which is what I've used at my previous dentist because dental can be expensive even with insurance ! Hoping they rethink that situation for the future. read more

had my first visit this morning, the hygienist Karen was outstanding and couldn't be happier with the decision to join Dr.Song's growing list of extremely satisfied patients. Easy to get to, plenty of parking, bright modern office. What's not to like? I'll be back. Richard read more

I don't like going to the dentist I've had bad past experiences. Today was quite a bit different Dr.song was very helpful and made me feel comfortable. I appreciate his approach to take time to review my case and give me options early next week rather than just making a snap decision today. I usually leave the dentist stressed not this time i feel confident Thanks! read more

I had a cleaning Lisa did a great job . I would recommend services from Dr Song and his staff.

I have nothing but praise for Dr Song, he truly is a life saver! I'm from California but was in Massachusetts on a business trip, when I had a permanent crown fall out. Not only was his team able to get me in the same day I called, but also temporarily cement the crown back into place. It made sense to me when he explained my dentist should be the one to follow up with permanent cement or replacing it and I wholeheartedly agree. read more

I had terrible tooth pain and I knew I needed to see a dentist. However, during the pandemic my dentist was close and I was nervous I was not going to find anyone. Also, even if i found someone, I was so nervous about exposing myself and how safe i was going to feel. Dr. Song immediately returned my phone call and was extremely nice and professional over the phone. I was at his office 2 hours later. He was in full PPE which made me feel safe and I trusted that he was taking all the necessary precautions to avoid exposing himself and myself to covid. He was just as kind and professional in person. Theresa, his admin, was also extremely nice and cordial over the phone even as she was working from home. Needless to say, I found myself a new dentist. read more

We are very lucky to have Dr. Song and his practice near by. My only dentist I had in my life was my mom who has since retired. I was very nervous of searching for a dentist who wouldn't just treat me as another potential business. Not only are the staff here professional and knowledgeable, they do a lot to make sure your care is as comfortable as can be. The office is clean and welcoming. And the heart of it all is Dr. Song who is humble and very personable. Even how busy it was, he puts in time to greet all his patients and gets to know them. I Highly recommend his practice! Although my insurance doesn't list this as my preferred network, I'm willing to continue be a patient here. That says a lot! read more

Full disclosure: I went to dental school with Dr. Song and that is exactly why I chose to see him as my dentist- I know he is an incredibly kind and thoughtful person. I knew that I would be in great hands with Dr. Song and I was right! I have sensitive teeth and Dr. Song and his staff could not have been more gentle. It's hard to know you're getting good care but I can tell you that if you're looking for a kind, gentle, ethical dentist with amazing clinical skills you should look no further. He won't push unnecessary treatment, he's up-to-date on the latest in dental research, and he will treat you and your family the way you deserve to be treated. I could not give more full-hearted endorsement-especially for any anxious patient. Great experience!!! read more

See all

I went to Dr. Song today and had a great first visit experience! Recently retired with no dental insurance, along with a "fixed income" I was hesitant to even go to a Dentist . My husband had seen him recently and was very pleased. We both signed up for the Dental Membership Savings plan, which has already saved us hundreds. This membership will also encourage us to keep up with the 2 recommended cleanings /exams per year ,which is included in the membership. Check it out ! Shout out to Theresa , the knowledgeable receptionist, Tina who expertly took a full set of xrays and Dr. Song of course ! read more

Yesterday, I had a strange feeling... I was actually looking forward to my dentist appointment! I hadn't seen these lovely people in 6 months, and realized I missed them! How so many caring talented people came together is a wonder. Enissa is lovely and kind, and we chat about our families while she is providing me with care and encouragement. Theresa is knowledgeable and never too busy to answer an insurance question, Although I have known Karen for years, she had never cleaned my teeth. While we were catching up, she was thorough and gentle. At the helm is Derek Song DMD, the talented dentist who puts his all into his practice. Dr. Song and his team are the best! I've had issues with my crown through the years, and finding Dr. Song after my move to Burlington has been a lifesaver. He fixed problems with old dental work, and he gives appropriate and conservative recommendations all while being very personable and thoughtful. I also had gum disease and was fortunate to see their in-house periodontist Dr. Dempsey, who resolved the issue in just a few visits without any pain at all. Theresa at the front desk is so welcoming in person and very responsive over the phone. The hygienists and dental assistants have been very professional and warmhearted.
