First, they stopped taking Delta Dental. Since then, we have had a couple situations where they have recommended costly procedures and when we've gone elsewhere for second opinions, we have learned that there is a medically better (and less costly) way to solve the problem. It's disappointing but we're leaving to go to another dentist who is focused on dental care and sees us as patients, rather than looking for every way to make a buck off of us, even if it means not giving us the correct treatment. Do not recommend anymore, this place is going in the wrong direction.

My son in particular has a few sensory issues, and hated his last dentist (ironically a pediatric dentist) so much he still comments whenever we drive past that office. He has never objected to going to see Dr. Biondo, even when he needed a filling. I started seeing her when my prior dentist suddenly recommended that I get all my back teeth crowned. In addition to doing good work, she does not overtreat. The turnover of hygenists and office staff has been almost none in the last five years. I appreciate seeing the same people, and also appreciate that the office is well-run. I've never been part of a practice with such low turnover and I think it makes a big difference in patient care.
