The communication and turn around time were great, but their products are CHEAP for a reason. We…read moreordered two retractable banners with stands that are so light weight they barely stand on their own. A small breeze would blow them over and when they inevitably do fall over the connector that just "rests" on the banner edge (opposed to securely clipping in) falls off and the banner rolls back into itself. They look great from afar, but are such poor quality. We have other stands that are much heavier, actually stand up on their own, and have lasted years. This company and specifically this location should be embarrassed to put their name behind these products. Not to mention when I called to speak to a manager he ended the conversation by hanging up on me (he must get a lot of these calls). Needless to say, we will be using anywhere else for our future marketing needs.

Add to the mix I have very specific custom elements I wanted to explore possibilities for. Right off the bat, a young man named "Beans" greeted me. He had a kind and calming demeanor, made eye contact, had a kind word, things I'd forgotten exist. It was busy and he deftly managed through several little tasks, but all the while making me felt, well, seen. I walked him through the ideas I had and he was able to quickly suggest options, that made sense and was able to accomplish almost all of them within the confines of the materials they had.
