I went here on a referral and I am very happy with the service.The most comfortable I have ever felt at a dentist office. All professional and personable. Gracie is awesome and works with my schedule and gets the most out of my insurance for me. Diana keeps it real with me about my dental hygiene and on her advice I got a waterpik and have seen improvement which I totally appreciate. Dr. Visser personally texted me after a root canal to make sure everything was ok. Thats a first for me and reason enough to keep them under "my dentist" in my contacts. read more

The assistant wanted to take an X-Ray at the beginning eventhough there was no indication for it. I refused and the doctor confirmed no X-Ray was needed. So they are risking patients health for profits. All procedures were only done by the assistant, not by the actual dentist. read more

I am not usually one to review places I have visited but Thomas Dental is an exception due to the exceptional service they have provided. My family and I moved to the Phoenix area almost a year ago and needed to find a family dentist. Dr. Visser came highly recommended by many so we decided to give him a try. First visit was truly pleasant from the beginning. They have a great reminder system for when your appt is and the practice is in a newly remolded state of the art, clean building centrally located and easy to find. Dr. Visser has worked on my two children and myself with skill and thorough attention to explaining any necessary procedures. His staff is professional and courteous which seems more challenging to find these days. I too hope that if you are looking for a family dentist you give this office a try. read more

One of the most friendly and genuine dentists I have met in the Valley. Not only that, but the entire appointment was super efficient and timely too! I was quoted an hour and it took literally half and I arrived at the time of my appointment. Granted, I did fill out the paperwork and send it in prior to my appointment (yeah! There are a few of things I want when I go to the dentist. I want to deal with friendly staff when I'm making appointments; I want a skilled and careful dental hygienist; I want an extremely qualified dentist. I don't want a pretty, Cheshire-cat trying to convince me I need whitened teeth or jump on any opportunity to add a service that I don't really need. I want honesty, care, skill. Pretty basic. Thomas Dental covers all of that. Plus there's a human vibe in there. They are genuine and down to earth. No airs. They're professional and thorough and organized. Dr. Visser will unfailingly ask you about your day. He will not throw on his mask, grab tools and start working in your mouth, while you try to answer; lips wrapped around instruments. He looks you in the eye and engages before he starts his process. My feeling is that Thomas Dental is there to provide a service to the community. We are lucky to have them! read more

THOMAS DENTAL is one of the best! I always go back because of the friendly staff and how fast patients are taken care of. I've had my teeth whitened there about 2 years ago and my teeth still look great. I always get asked where I go and I always recommend them to thomas dental. I have been going to see Dr Visser for years, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. I might look like a tough guy, but when it comes to dental work I can be a little wimpy. That's okay, because Dr. Visser makes you feel right at home, He lets you know what is going on and will explain the procedure if you are uncomfortable. Thomas Dental is exactly what I was looking for from a dentist office. The office was clean and the reception staff was friendly. Dr. Visser was great- he explained everything that he was doing and really made sure that I was comfortable. In the past with other dentists, I have felt that the dentist pressured me into treatments that I didn't understand and wasn't confident I really needed. Mr. Visser is a wonderful dentist. Him as well as his staff provide excellent service! I was really nervous going in to get my fillings done but him and his staff made sure I was comfortable and relaxed, which made my experience a heck of a lot better than what I have had in the past.
