He responds to e-mails promptly and genuinely encourages open communication if patients have any questions or concerns. Within a few sessions, my injury has made remarkable improvements. It has taken deliberate effort to trust the process. In my experience, my discouraging moments simply came from forgetting where I started and why I was there. Sensitivity to the treatment varies by the person so expectations to be healed by a certain number of sessions are futile.
