What really makes Dr. Lee stand out is that if you're hurting and really need to see him, he has on multiple occasions, worked me into his schedule before or after his normal working schedule. To share a couple examples out of many, I sprained my ankle very badly several years ago. I couldn't walk on my own because of the pain and my foot was so swollen that I couldn't fit my foot in a shoe. The pain was only getting progressively worse and ice pack didn't really help. I got magnet acupuncture about 8 hours after I strained my ankle and the next day, I woke up feeling much much better with only endurable pain and significantly less swollen foot. With a couple more appointments, I was able to recover to the point where I could walk. Most recently, I stepped on a sharp object and had a deep cut in my foot and went to Dr. Choi for three times a week (he also recommended I get a Tdap shot, which I got that day) and the cut healed within two weeks. The before and after pictures are 11 days apart. My family goes to Dr. Choi for any health issues and we have been able to recover and maintain good health thanks to his magnet acupuncture. If anything needs further examination or immediate procedure, he directs us to go to hospital but we have been able to avoid procedures and harsh medicines as we were able get treated early on, rather than when symptoms fully develop. Although I don't fully understand the mechanism of magnet acupuncture, it has to do with circulation and good circulation promotes good health, as widely known. I personally experienced it lowered my anxiety and stress levels as well. I cannot recommend Dr. Choi enough and my family appreciates him a lot!

First of all, all doctors are called "Dr. K" (now retired) or "Dr. Ben" - i felt like I was in Kindergarten. I do appreciate that the office uses cold laser which I have found to be amazing at healing soft tissue and post surgery. Also love the high-tech check-in and billing was very smooth. Dr. Ben Glasman is enthusiastic, energetic and great at marketing. Found him at a festival. I find his energy to be counter-conducive to relaxing, and his adjustment style is abrupt and jarring. Plus, though I've gone to chiropractors for over 40 years, he treated me like he had to educate me on everything. Rule #1: Know your audience. I found one doctor, Dr. "A" (Please! his name is Dr. Argen) who exceeded my expectations, and now he has retired. Dr. Argen was brilliant at soft tissue work combined with adjustment. He was the first chiropractor I ever went to where I could totally relax and trust his method when he adjusted my neck. He also had a great sense of humor. I wish you well, Dr. Argen, AND I'm back to shopping for a chiropractor.

It was discovered and communicated to me at my second visit that my insurance only covers the Physical Therapy portion and not the Chiropractic portion of the work. They wanted to offer me to write up my sessions as 'Physical Therapy' on my insurance and provide me free Chiropractic adjustments as a bonus. I wasn't comfortable signing up for something that I didn't feel was accurate. I asked for an alternative solution which led to us negotiating and agreeing on a cash payment of $40 per treatment. After paying $80 out of pocket for my first two visits, I thought about it some more and it didn't make sense for me to continue seeing them at $40 per visit versus seeing an In-Network chiropractor with an out of pocket cost of $15 co-pay. After I communicated this and decided on seeing an In-Network chiropractor, we agreed to part ways and I thanked them for the service they provided me. To my surprise, they responded unprofessionally with a comment of: "You should get better insurance." I didnt reply and just let it go. Several months later, I received a bigger surprise; a bill for $70 for payments owed on services previously rendered. I typically enjoy supporting the local establishments and don't usually write bad reviews, however felt the need report my experience with Dr. Glassman and his office administrators. I actually paid the $70 not wanting them to put any liens on me and felt it was just not worth hurting my credit. I guess the agreement we originally made didn't matter once I decided to go with a different provider. Unprofessional and disappointing to say the least. Be careful when dealing with these guys as they are unethical with their method of reporting and billing practices.
