I've been in town for a week and a half visiting family. Over the last year, my mom has raved about coming here as she's recently moved away from Reno Nevada. She talks about all the great techniques and different therapies that they offer. When I got here, she made me an appointment as a gift and man, oh man, Dr. Brandon is the man. Within the first visit, we were able to identify issues that are happening within my body that I wasn't aware of and the adjustments were very thorough. They provide you with an ice pack and any type of therapy you need for recovery after. I was able to squeeze in a second visit the day after. I began my treatments with Dr. Lemuel July 2025. I received more that I could have expected. I experienced healing from a sports injury that hurt for several years in just a few sessions. I can lunge and squat again with ZERO pain. And that's not all. As an educator, I have a lot on my plate. I had migraines from trying to do it all. So guess what? Glad you said what? I have had two migraines since seeing Dr. Lemuel where I had them several times a week even with prescribed medication. Dr. Lemuel is not just a chiropractor, he connects with everyone. I met Pure Chiropractor at the Oktoberfest in Vienna and scheduled an appointment two weeks out for 10/15/14 at 6pm. I arrived 15 minutes early to complete paperwork as they requested. I was then taken to a room to change into a gown from the waist up. The room was absolutely freezing! The Dr. had a long line of patients (it was like an assembly line) waiting to be adjusted and there was no communication to me as a "new patient" on an approximate time I would be seen. I can see that you are behind but at least communicate. I also found out that on your first visit you do not get adjusted. I will NEVER come back. From start to finish I wasted 1.5 hours of my very valuable time. What a PURE lack of respect. read more

He graciously waived the original x-ray fee and once he diagnosed the issue, I was set up on a remediation plan (multiple times per week, working down towards once/month). He was patient and understanding of my tough financial situation at the time, and never charged a dime of interest despite me being restricted from making payments here and there. He made that clear up front, which enabled me to really trust him. I came in contact with Pure Chiropractic at Viva Vienna. I waited for my turn to see Dr Lemuel. I was next to see the Dr when one of his admin, brought a woman over that had just walked up and allowed her to go in front of me. Ignoring me and saying nothing. I let it go. I finally saw Dr. Lemuel and he did not spend the time with me like he did others and quickly rushed me out. To save time, I went to his admin (while waiting for my turn), to schedule an appointment this week. They stated I needed to pay them $47 at that moment (which was a donation that was going to wounded warriors). I asked how much of that money actually went to the Wounded Warriors? She could not answer (or better stated, would not answer my question). I told her I give several monetary donations to The Wounded Warrior Project, as well as donate my time through-out the year and that I wasn't comfortable donating to a cause when I was not sure how much of that money actually goes to them. I then told her I had no problem paying for my appointment on the day of my appointment. She assured me I would have to pay a LOT more if I didn't pay the $47 THAT DAY! *I have no doubt this is why the Dr spent very little time with me. Before I met with him this particular admin was telling him about me and whispered to him (which I could not hear) but I'm sure it was about the $47. My appointment was for 6:30, Tuesday May 26, 2015. At exactly 11:17 AM on Tuesday, I received a call from the Doctor's office telling me they had cancelled my appointment for a "paying" customer. I would NOT go to this practice, at this point, even if it was FREE. I also do intend to check to see just how much of that money truly does go to our Heroes. I'm tired of people using our Veterans for their personal gain. I'm not accusing this practice of doing this but my experience has been that those not hiding anything are much more forthcoming with information. read more
