I couldn't recommend Grace and her team more for wedding florals!! We had a July wedding and wanted something colorful, vibrant, organic - and didn't want to spend a fortune. Grace and her team are phenomenal!! I was introduced to Grace through our wedding planner and I'm so glad I did because she really heard and understood my floral vision for our wedding day and really respected our budget. Cannot stress the respecting the budget so much - she was great to work with on where we should spend vs not. Our initial meeting - Grace took notes and looked at my pinterest inspo pins (some of which I borrowed from her IG) and came back with a great proposal. Our sneak peak mock up meeting was so fun - we got to play around with our table centerpieces and talk through wants for the bouquets, bouts and other table arrangements. I worked with Sabrina, one of the owners, and I cannot rave enough about her attention to detail, flexibility, thoughtfulness, and creativity. I had to reschedule due to Covid, and they were kind and understanding. I decided - before we did the floral preview meeting - that I wanted to switch gears somewhat, and Sabrina responded with "I LOVE that and am so excited to work on this new vision!" T&P created stunning table floral as well as beautiful bouquets for my wedding. I kept all of my floral and have it all been my house because I couldn't fathom just dumping it after our wedding. Incredible! Florals were incredibly important to me but I also had 10 million ideas of what I wanted. Thistle & Plume were recommended highly by our venue, so we decided to go with them. The proposal was great but I was still a little nervous they didn't fully get my vision. Then, we had a mockup with them where they did a few arrangements and all my doubts were instantly gone. Grace knew exactly what I wanted and blew me away! I changed my mind a few times on the ceremony flowers and my flower girls and they were so supportive and rolled with what I needed/wanted all while respecting my budget. Anna is THE BEST. My flowers were flawless and better than I ever imagined. It's extremely important to note that we worked together through Covid-19. My original wedding date was 8/8/20, then moved to 5/15/21, and one last time to 8/6/21. When I had to cancel my original wedding date we decided to host a small, family only ceremony in my mother-in-law's backyard. Anna used my original design for flowers and delivered bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres to the house for our first wedding. After a year had passed and we were finally able to host our large celebration, my vision had changed for the flowers and she quickly came up with a new style and it was perfect. I do not know flowers, I don't even like flowers (more of a plant girl) but somehow I LOVED these flowers. This is a bit of an odd review because I am not sure if I will actually get to give Thistle and Plume our business due to wedding date re-scheduling, but I feel compelled to write a positive review, nevertheless because they deserve it. I contacted Thistle and Plume for our wedding flowers via The Knot. Sabrina and I spoke on the phone for about 30 min for an initial consultation, and it was very clear that she was truly listening to my vision, hopes, and direction for my florals. After that, I received a (very reasonable) quote and continued to be in contact via email with Sabrina. Then COVID-19 happened, and we had to re-schedule our wedding, which is why we may not get to work with them. Throughout the process, Sabrina maintained professionalism, was honest, and spoke with knowledge. During such uncertain times when emotions are running high, it was a breath of fresh air to work with a business woman who embodies all of the aforementioned qualities. I want nothing more than to give Thistle and Plume my business because of the fantastic customer experience I have had thus far. If you are looking for a florist, contact them immediately. Seriously. We used Thistle and Plume for our June 2021 wedding. Grace and her team were phenomenal to work with. We still cannot get over how she was able to listen to our vague ideas for florals and turn it into the most stunning florals we have ever seen. Due to the weather on our wedding day, we had a last minute decision to do all our photos within our venue and therefore wanted the arch to be done earlier to allow for photos with it. Grace and her team amazingly put together the arch along with all the other floral ahead of schedule to allow for us to get our photos. I wish I could walk into my home every day under that gorgeous arch. Thistle and Plume even installed hanging florals over our dance floor which added the perfect ambiance to our day. One of our favorite wedding vendors! Anna was absolutely incredible for not only one but two of our weddings. She was responsive, kind, and super talented. When we rescheduled she created a smaller flower order and delivered to my parent's backyard. She also created a special corsage for my mom who had wrist surgery to ensure she would be comfortable.
