Companies like Molly Maid include oven cleaning for a fraction of the price. After I complained, customer service called me, supposedly to address the issue. Instead of offering a meaningful resolution, they simply said they would "coach" the cleaning staff and gave me an empty apology. After spending nearly $1,000, I expected them to make things right--not waste more of my time. For the price they charge, the quality and customer service are simply unacceptable. Selected three dates they could provide the quote to me, basically today (Friday) and the weekend, Sat/Sun. Also picked those days of the week as the ones I'd regularly want as my service date.
