Cibatta Bread baked fresh Friday & Saturday by a CIA trained chef / owner. $5 a loaf. A must go if you love artesian bread. Extraordinary.

Okay, I don't know what this store is, outside says Gerrity's and receipt says "thefreshgrocer"…read more All I know is that the signage inside screamed ShopRite and my Price Plus card worked. I have never seen so much prepared food in a long time. Pizza, hot food, a full salad bar, bakery. Picked up two deeply discounted hero sandwiches from the deli. The Italian Combo was skimpy on the meat but the ham and cheese was generous. You can't make a sandwich at home for $2.49. The music they played in the store was epic and the employees were very nice. I used the self checkout which worked fine. They had a very limited selection on the vitamins they offer but everything else was good. It is attached to an ACE hardware store.

I don't know if the dairy products are being left out in delivery or at the store but I have gotten spoiled products off the shelves also from the deli area. I won't even buy any dairy products especially from the deli. I still buy from the bakery but over the past 2 months it's gotten so bad that I'm weary of doing that also. The baker is either new or something but NOT following recipes, & substituting ingredients. Maybe they should have Main Ave retrain them?? Today I took a chance and bought blueberry muffins, got home took a few bites and threw the rest out! Waste of 6.00 It didn't taste like regular muffin mix, it kinda tasted like rye or pumpernickel, and the blueberry's were hard, I'm thinking maybe frozen?? But defiantly not fresh blueberry's. I dont know why they are going downhill like this. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on!

The store is small, but size doesn't matter here! They are stocked will every type of meat, produce, snacks, frozen foods, etc. We purchased two links of fresh kielbasa, two different types of pierogi, a fresh onion, and a small bag of coconut/pineapple cookies (for the ride home). We enjoyed everything we purchased there. All was fresh and delicious. I urge you to give this market a try.

I thought this place would be somewhere between Schiff's and Wegman's. Walking in, it struck me…read moremore as a local meat market than a place you'd go out of your way to visit. Just to give an example, the Meat Locker (long closed) had some creations that photographed well and were genuine specialties. Here, the name of the game seems to be ethnic tastes, namely special types of sausage. Main knock for me is that they sold me 3 choice filets at 26.99 per pound. I think this is outrageous considering Schiff's probably still sells the entire tenderloin for $16/lb or less. The cuts were low-end coming from what I call the "tail" of the tenderloin, actually with a vein of gristle. They also stock frozen local pierogis which I can't fault them on the quality of, but I cooked a dozen of them today and will note that they were a bit too bready and grainy for my taste. I also bought fresh kielbasa which I didn't get a chance to cook but looked great. There are tons of exceedingly positive reviews on another platform singing the praises of Bosak's, but I can't find many specifics and my experience puts it into more of an emergency/novelty category for those who live further downvalley.
