BUT, it was sent UPS Ground. Tried to call GH, they had already closed there customer service department at 4:30 in the afternoon. A nice lady who answered wanted to hep, but she couldn't, and was very apologetic. So I called UPS. They informed me the shipment hadn't even been tendered to them. Emailed GH. Got an email back stating they didn't ship after Thursday afternoon to "protect he quality of their chocolates." Asked why then did they ship UPS Ground, since I had placed an order for myself on Wednesday, and since there was no hurry had it shipped by UPS Ground Shipment, and it won't arrive until Monday, SIX DAYS after it was placed. So much for "protecting the quality." Also asked why they said the shipment had been shipped when it hadn't. No response, then a curt message the shipment would go out on Monday. Still no answer whether it would be shipped next day air, which I had requested and paid for. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE AND COMPLETE LACK OF CARE, EVEN AFTER EXPLAINING MY BROTHER IS ILL AND IN THE HOSPITAL.
