The best part about this place is the atmosphere and the claw machine is not rigged. My 9 yr old son loved it. Delicious taro and honey Boba slush. Quick service with a smile. 10/10 hands down.

Stopped by here to get a drink for the road. The inside is decorated very nicely! The customer service is great as well. I got a rose milk tea with sea salt cheese foam, boba, 50% sweet, and light ice. The milk tea is delicious. It's light, floral, and sweet. The cheese foam gives it a silky taste. The boba was perfect. You can taste the honey. It's soft and has a chew to it. Will definitely stop by again to try their souffles. They look amazing!

Respectfully, one of the worst portions I have every seen. Nothing to the service because the guy seemed overwhelmed as there is only 1 worker for 5+ orders in the span of 10 minutes. $4.50 for less than a handful of fries that we waited 20 mins for and $7.50 rolled ice cream that can only be described as sad. Pity because the ice cream was not bad, taste wise. Fries were so bland until we asked for more seasoning which we had to add ourselves. The ambiance of the place was actually really nice just a pity that the food servings is not worth the money.

I've never seen a boba place with such variety! They do rolled ice cream, bubble waffles, soufflé pancakes and so much more. Their boba is pretty good too; it's the right amount of soft and chewy. It is very reminiscent of boba from The Alley if you like that kind of boba. Definitely try their soufflé pancakes! They are super soft, and theres even a good variety of flavors too. I recommend ordering online for the soufflé pancakes because it can take around 20-30 minutes to finish one. The staff is also really nice! They'll sometimes bring the drink to wherever you're sitting instead of having you walk up to them yourself. Definitely try this place out; its one of the only boba places I go to in the Murrieta/Temecula area.

I'm honestly confused by some of these negative reviews on here. Our family enjoys I C Rainbow and it's sweet treats. First let me say if you are complaining about a $6-$8 drink maybe you should not be eating out to begin with. Compared to other drink shops in this area they are in the same price ranges. This is a small mom and pop shop. Not a chain. They have rent and supplies they have to pay for and still make a living here in California. Support small businesses and don't give them a hard time for their pricing. With that being said our favorites are definitely the soufflé cakes and rolled ice creams. We have never had a negative experience here with staff. Yes it takes time to make a rolled ice cream. Especially if you are like us and order 4 of them. We don't mind the wait at all. It's worth it in the end.

Went again to redeem the bogo offer I had earned, and ended up with 3! An-Me was super nice, I think she's the same lady who let me keep the messy drink that didn't seal all the way a few days ago. This time when I tried to redeem the bogo offer, their machine wasn't working so she wrote down my number and said she would just input it when it started working again. When my 2 orders of ice cream were done, I pointed out that she had used the wrong toppings, so she made a 3rd one. She then offered to let me keep all 3. This place is amazing, and the employees are always friendly. Highly recommend and I'm definitely a repeat customer for my sweet tooth!

We come here all the time. My kids love this place. Service is always great. We ordered Fuji mountain and strawberry milk tea. Fuji mountain looked a lot blue this time than before. After mixing it, it turned all blue. I wonder if they changed ingredients. Anyway, it was good as usual. They are middle of remodeling I think. They changed the wall paint recently. It is alway clean and lots of seating space inside.

Finally found our go-to boba shop! It only took a year but we found it. Not only is their boba perfect chewy but not too sweet, their huge drinks have just the right about of sweetness. My fave is the rose milk tea with boba. New fave snack is their soufflé cake with salted cheese sauce! I kinda made weird face when the owner suggested it... but when I tasted it, I was pleasantly surprised. Ya gotta try this!!! Fluffy texture, sorta like salted caramel but lighter and less decadent. Such a great little place; the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything we tried was delicious and they even gave the kiddos an extra topping for free. We also tried the galaxy lemonade (tart but AMAZING and refreshing for summer), and the strawberry hibiscus tea (delicious). The ice cream is a huge serving though, so next time my daughter and I will be sharing, but we will be coming back for sure. Such a cute place, wonderful staff and the treats are yummy. read more

I visited with my Boys today and it was pretty good, there is a lot of options of the menu to fit your sweet tooth craving, I ordered one of their cakes to try because I have never tasted one. to explain the taste is like a moist puffed up pancake, my kids had their rolled up ice cream witch was pretty good and we also had a milk bobba tea. their customer service was on point and their prices though alittle high is usually what you would expect from a dessert establishment like this one. read more

Nothing can ever go wrong with rolled ice cream and fluffy pancakes! I was craving some sweet while being quarantined and decided to check this place out while I was in the area and happy they were open during COVID. I got the strawberry rolled ice cream with condensed milk and a toasted marshmallow--best decision ever! The ice cream was creamy and with just the perfect amount of condensed milk for the extra sweetness to help with the tart. My SO got the salted caramel fluffy pancake and it was delicious! Light and fluffy! This place was safe and sanitized with markings on where to stand to ensure all customers were at least 6ft apart. Hand sanitizers were available for customers to use so that's a plus! Music choice was kpop on the day I walked in-- BTS and BlackPink! It stole the show for me! read more

My kids really liked this placed. It was $5.75 for one of their rolled ice cream with unlimited toppings. It's hard not to go overboard especially if a 13 year old and a 3 year old are sharing one lol. The staff was polite and friendly. Awesome ice cream! Slushies are pretty good too... We had the Banana Nutella Ice Cream, Coffee Ice Cream and a watermelon slushie. The ice cream comes with plenty of toppings but they allow you to choose 3 additional for free. The ice cream is $6.75 and the drinks range in price from $3.50-4.75. They have quite a few flavors. The inside is super clean and the staff is friendly. They have board games and a super cute letter wall. They give a 10% discount to first responders and a 10% to anyone wearing unicorn themed items on Thursdays. We will definitely be back! read more

it's nice to finally find a place in temecula that offers non-dairy boba drinks! i told the gentleman working the cash register about my dairy allergy. he was very attentive, and extremely patient when it came to me ordering. i suggested the hokkaido milk tea with almond milk, unfortunately, the powder contained diary which was very nice of him to mention. i asked if the matcha milk tea would be a better choice and he said yes. the inside of the boba shop is very cute, and the atmosphere is very unique. you can definitely use this place as a study group, hang our spot, or your go to boba shop. i highly recommend this place. oh, & their thai rolled ice cream was cool, too. although i didn't snag a piece my cousins seem to enjoy their custom roller ice cream read more

If you want quality desserts do not go here... I'm sorry I usually don't leave bad reviews unless deserved. When we entered the place the workers were sitting down to the side at what looked like a mini nail salon that shouldn't be there. She took our order and I'm not sure if she sanitized or washed her hands before making our order. Not to mention the lack of taste in our soufflés and bubble waffle thing, it was so expensive. We ordered a matcha boba (powdery), a matcha soufflé cake (no taste of matcha what so ever and was so soggy...) and last a matcha ice cream bubble waffle, again no Matcha flavor what so ever. Very bad food. The decoration was interesting... and the bathroom was awful and dirty. All of their storage is out in the open?? I don't get it. How does this place have 4.5 stars... do not come here!!! read more

If you're looking for a quality dessert and boba shop. You've found it! We had the strawberry soufflé and honey (jasmine) green milk tea. Both were delicious, the soufflé was scrumptious and the tea was top notch. (I highly recommend both) A lot more decadent than the watered down counterparts other boba places offer. I spoke with the owner (serves in the Navy) by chance on my first visit. He invested a lot of time and effort to source the best recipes and ingredients for his menu. And if you can't tell from looking at IC RAINBOW's unique dessert offerings, then do your tastebuds a favor and order anything. You will not regret it! Soufflé is a must-have. I had some necessary shopping at the 99 cent store and saw th rainbow before we left the shopping center. This place is adorable! Definitely instaglam worthy with a cute heart writing wall and beautiful Unicorn when you walk in. We ordered a sea salt cheese green tea (haha give it a try, I know it sounds odd) and my daughter had the dark chocolate thai ice cream. Both the tea and the ice cream were *superb* But what I really liked was the customer service and small details. There were board games for people to play, and outlets at the tables for plugging in. Pretty sure I could spend a few hours here. The person behind the register mentioned that they were working on new items to add to the menu and were open to customer input. The guy making the ice cream was super nice and asked if we wanted any extra toppings. Overall I really liked this place and I look forward to coming back. Thai ice cream in Temecula? Was craving a Thai tea . This was the closest place to where I was at the time . Cute spot , very colorful $5 for a large Thai tea with egg pudding . One of the best Thai teas I've had . I went here yesterday night and waited almost 1 hr for 1 drink. I typically don't go here, but was craving a blended drink. There were only 2 guys working making the items and just wanted to maybe suggest to let the cashiers let us know approx how long the wait will be, especially knowing that they also had online orders to fill. I know that there was 2 people ahead of me and imagined they waited about an hour as well! I wasn't too happy especially knowing that it was a Saturday night and didn't plan to spend my time waiting for almost 1 hr for a drink! My receipt showed I ordered at 8:46pm and my drink was ready at 9:40pm! Wow!!!!! read more

My friends and I came to this place a few days ago and we left with happy stomachs. We ordered the banana Nutella soufflé and the strawberry banana one knowing it was going to take a while. It took about 30 minutes but the result was totally worth it. They were so fluffy and warm that we finished both in like 10 minutes.Service was nice and very helpful. An authorized retailer purchasing directly through the brand is very different from a reseller on the secondary market. Families shouldn't have to pay reseller-level prices at a local authorized retailer simply because an item is popular or difficult to find. I love supporting small businesses and understand that they need to make a profit, but nearly $25 for an individual NeeDoh that is intended to retail for significantly less feels excessive. There are so many families and kids searching for these products, and I wish the pricing reflected that rather than what resellers are able to get online. Unfortunately, the experience left me really disappointed and hesitant to shop here again.

The woman who answered told me she was busy and immediately hung up the phone. When I called back to ask for her name so I could report the interaction, she hung up on me again. I used to order from here frequently and really enjoyed it, but my last few experiences have been disappointing. The portions have been inconsistent, and several of the toppings I request are often missing or barely included. Overall, the quality and customer service have noticeably declined compared to a few months ago when the staff was much more consistent and attentive. I am absolutely disgusted by this "customer service."

A long time ago I tried boba tea. I honestly just wasn't impressed by it. The tapioca balls (now I know they were black sugar) left me unimpressed. On a whim, I decided to try IC Rainbow and was so surprised to find out that I actually love boba! Maybe my tastebuds matured, or maybe IC Rainbow is going something right! I have been there twice now, and ordered a classic milk tea with white honey boba. Both times, I was greeted immediately upon walking in, the gentleman was very patient with me and explaining the different options (my brother wanted something different from what I usually get this time around). Very simple ordering process, their system calculates a tip for you, and prompt service. I can't speak of their ice cream or other drinks, but their milk teas and tapioca balls are on point. They also have a sign posted that if you visit on Thursdays (I think within a time frame, I only got a quick glance at the sign) and wear something with a unicorn on it, you get a small discount! On top of that my order came out way later than my boyfriends and other people who were in line behind me got their ice cream first and by the time I got mine he was finished and by the time his friend got his, HIS girlfriend was finished with her's... obviously they need to fix their system or create a ticket system so that people actually receive their order in the correct time from which they placed it. Ridiculous. But there is another rolled ice cream place opening up off Murrieta Hot Springs so I guess I'll just be patient and wait till they're open instead of returning to this place.
