Stopped by here to get a drink for the road. The inside is decorated very nicely! The customer service is great as well. I got a rose milk tea with sea salt cheese foam, boba, 50% sweet, and light ice. The milk tea is delicious. It's light, floral, and sweet. The cheese foam gives it a silky taste. The boba was perfect. You can taste the honey. It's soft and has a chew to it. Will definitely stop by again to try their souffles. They look amazing!

Respectfully, one of the worst portions I have every seen. Nothing to the service because the guy seemed overwhelmed as there is only 1 worker for 5+ orders in the span of 10 minutes. $4.50 for less than a handful of fries that we waited 20 mins for and $7.50 rolled ice cream that can only be described as sad. Pity because the ice cream was not bad, taste wise. Fries were so bland until we asked for more seasoning which we had to add ourselves. The ambiance of the place was actually really nice just a pity that the food servings is not worth the money.

I've never seen a boba place with such variety! They do rolled ice cream, bubble waffles, soufflé pancakes and so much more. Their boba is pretty good too; it's the right amount of soft and chewy. It is very reminiscent of boba from The Alley if you like that kind of boba. Definitely try their soufflé pancakes! They are super soft, and theres even a good variety of flavors too. I recommend ordering online for the soufflé pancakes because it can take around 20-30 minutes to finish one. The staff is also really nice! They'll sometimes bring the drink to wherever you're sitting instead of having you walk up to them yourself. Definitely try this place out; its one of the only boba places I go to in the Murrieta/Temecula area.

I'm honestly confused by some of these negative reviews on here. Our family enjoys I C Rainbow and it's sweet treats. First let me say if you are complaining about a $6-$8 drink maybe you should not be eating out to begin with. Compared to other drink shops in this area they are in the same price ranges. This is a small mom and pop shop. Not a chain. They have rent and supplies they have to pay for and still make a living here in California. Support small businesses and don't give them a hard time for their pricing. With that being said our favorites are definitely the soufflé cakes and rolled ice creams. We have never had a negative experience here with staff. Yes it takes time to make a rolled ice cream. Especially if you are like us and order 4 of them. We don't mind the wait at all. It's worth it in the end.

Went again to redeem the bogo offer I had earned, and ended up with 3! An-Me was super nice, I think she's the same lady who let me keep the messy drink that didn't seal all the way a few days ago. This time when I tried to redeem the bogo offer, their machine wasn't working so she wrote down my number and said she would just input it when it started working again. When my 2 orders of ice cream were done, I pointed out that she had used the wrong toppings, so she made a 3rd one. She then offered to let me keep all 3. This place is amazing, and the employees are always friendly. Highly recommend and I'm definitely a repeat customer for my sweet tooth!

We come here all the time. My kids love this place. Service is always great. We ordered Fuji mountain and strawberry milk tea. Fuji mountain looked a lot blue this time than before. After mixing it, it turned all blue. I wonder if they changed ingredients. Anyway, it was good as usual. They are middle of remodeling I think. They changed the wall paint recently. It is alway clean and lots of seating space inside.

Finally found our go-to boba shop! It only took a year but we found it. Not only is their boba perfect chewy but not too sweet, their huge drinks have just the right about of sweetness. My fave is the rose milk tea with boba. New fave snack is their soufflé cake with salted cheese sauce! I kinda made weird face when the owner suggested it... but when I tasted it, I was pleasantly surprised. Ya gotta try this!!! Fluffy texture, sorta like salted caramel but lighter and less decadent. Kids loved the waffle with Ice cream. They offer 10% military discount, too.... Thanks, guys!

My FAVORITE place for boba and sweets! Always a pleasure seeing the owners and staff, friendly and welcoming. And the place is pink and bright, makes you feel like a kid in a candy store. There are so many choices. They have the fluffiest soufflés and savory sea salt cheese! My usual drink is the strawberry hibiscus tea w/ boba, but I wanted something milky and got the sea salt cheese milk tea instead. The boba is always fresh and soft and just goes well with any drink I have tried. Let's just say, cravings satisfied! READ BEFORE ORDERING OR GOING! This place is NOT clean! I wish I would've taken pics last night of all the trash on the floor by the table up front! The bubble waffle is sooo gross! Unless you like burnt eggs! That's the flavor! It smells awful too! The boba tea even when you request half sweet is so sugary your teeth will hurt! Some of the worst boba tea I've ever had!! The ONLY thing worth eating is the Japanese pancakes or soufflé as they call it! I got pumpkin and that was cool. Everything else is a no! Staff is friendly but after going twice with disappointing results I'll never go back! 2 stars because the soufflé was good! Otherwise 0 stars! read more

This is a phenomenal ice cream/tea/cake/boba/treat spot. I've been here a few times to try a few different things. Never disappointed. This time around, I did the honey green tea and chocolate bubble waffle with chocolate ice cream topped with almonds, coconut, and chocolate drizzle. Everything was tasty as always. While in Temecula, I was looking for a boba place close to my route and found IC rainbow. As we walked in, we were greeted with a great attitude and welcomed. The decor of the place is that of rainbows and unicorns. the guy at the counter asked us if it was our first time there and since it was, he went over the menu and wthe most popular options. The drinks were great and so was the service. I recommend IC Rainbow when you're around the Temecula Promenade. read more

No staff to help order. Was not busy (only 2 drinks ahead of mine) but wait time was long. On top of that, the girl working messed up on one of our drinks. She didn't even remake my drink. Instead, she just took the boba out, and put it in another cup.. leaving my cup not filled like it should be. My kids oreo shakes were mostly blended ice. Boba sucked. Printer broke so she asked me what I ordered. I ordered a lychee tea NO MILK. And I have no idea what concoction she made me. Tea is premade as I saw her pour from a large jug. Not fresh. Generic taste. This some white people boba. This place looked like a yogurt land inside. Do not recommend for boba lovers who enjoy fresh and delicious tea. It taste powdery and stale. The girl working there was kind but overall this place is not good. Maybe for people who haven't tasted high quality tea and boba. My Husband and I came in here tonight to get a boba drink and we heard it was new so we thought we would give it a try. They are a bit pricey I think a large is like 4.50 not sure what a regular is. I ordered a classic milk tea and my husband ordered the banana strawberry smoothie. The smoothie was delicious but it had more of a banana flavor than a strawberry. The classic milk tea was too milky and it didn't taste like a milk tea. It kinda tasted like milk with ice. The atmosphere in here is very nice and welcoming and fun and the people that work there are nice and friendly I am not sure if we will return. read more

Came here tonight because I was feeling "cute". I'm normally not a big fan of novelty ice cream but I'm a sucker for novelty drinks. Been eyeballing this place because of the good reviews and it didn't disappoint! First off, the service here is phenomenal! The Hispanic girl w/glasses (didn't catch her name) was really helpful and made sure I got what I wanted. Hats off to you girl, you rock! The drinks were equally great. I ordered the galaxy lemonade w/ popping boba for my daughter along with a rose green tea. The rose green tea came with little rose petals on top, I mean what more can a man ask for? The drink was refreshingly good and the sweetness level was spot on. I can see myself getting this drink often during the hot summer months. The inside of this place was clean and inviting. There are plenty of things to take pics of. Although they weren't busy when I arrived during the later hours, I'm sure they get pretty busy during the prime hours. Boba has been consistently good @ IC Rainbow. Drinks tend to be on the sweet side but you can customize the sweetness level. I really enjoyed the Fresh Squeezed Galaxy Lemonade with Rainbow Jelly 50% sweet. read more

A long time ago I tried boba tea. I honestly just wasn't impressed by it. The tapioca balls (now I know they were black sugar) left me unimpressed. On a whim, I decided to try IC Rainbow and was so surprised to find out that I actually love boba! Maybe my tastebuds matured, or maybe IC Rainbow is going something right! I have been there twice now, and ordered a classic milk tea with white honey boba. Both times, I was greeted immediately upon walking in, the gentleman was very patient with me and explaining the different options (my brother wanted something different from what I usually get this time around). Very simple ordering process, their system calculates a tip for you, and prompt service. I can't speak of their ice cream or other drinks, but their milk teas and tapioca balls are on point. They also have a sign posted that if you visit on Thursdays (I think within a time frame, I only got a quick glance at the sign) and wear something with a unicorn on it, you get a small discount! Ice cream was just okay and not many flavors to choose from. On top of that my order came out way later than my boyfriends and other people who were in line behind me got their ice cream first and by the time I got mine he was finished and by the time his friend got his, HIS girlfriend was finished with her's... obviously they need to fix their system or create a ticket system so that people actually receive their order in the correct time from which they placed it. Ridiculous. But there is another rolled ice cream place opening up off Murrieta Hot Springs so I guess I'll just be patient and wait till they're open instead of returning to this place. We were craving mango soufflés and decided to visit Thirst Tea on Winchester, formerly known as IC Rainbow. The interior was clean, featuring a pastel-colored counter and green walls. The flower vase on each table added a touch of romance. We ordered a soufflé and matcha waffles, both of which were soft and flavorful with just the right amount of sweetness. Thats what they did with ours and I ended up with less ice cream than my brother, and they DID NOT bat an eye at how I ordered a larger size.
