Pork burnt ends
James F.

Wow! Great vibes, great service, great food. The wife and I popped in for a late lunch on a Saturday. It was crowded but we were seated quickly and immediately started pouring over the menu! There is literally nothing on the menu I wouldn't eat. After changing my mind 10 times I went with the korean tacos 9/10 and added some nashville wings, also 9/10! The wife absolutely loved her chicken fried steak and pork belly burnt ends! Everything was fabulous! Tricia provided excellent service. We cannot wait to come back!

Sometimes the best discoveries are the ones hiding in your own neighborhood. I stopped into Third Street Social late one evening with my family for a nightcap and couldn't believe I'd waited so long to visit. I had what may have been the best espresso martini I've ever had--perfectly balanced, smooth, and just the right amount of rich coffee flavor. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it an easy place to relax and unwind after a long day. The biggest surprise? This gem is basically in my backyard, and I had no idea. If the cocktails are any indication of the care they put into everything they serve, I can't wait to come back and experience the food. Third Street Social has definitely earned a return visit.

Server was super nice and the food was amazing! Was told to try the chicken pot pie and they were right! Very flavorful and felt very homey. Pasta was creamy and delicious. Space was very clean and big could for sure host a big group

Lunch Chicken Sandwich ($17 as of 07/26)

We tried this place for the first time today for lunch. The food was very good. I had the chicken pot pie (from the $15 section of the lunch menu) and my wife had the creamy chicken sandwich ($17) that came with a side of fries. Both were more than we could eat and we ended up with leftovers. The service was quick and attentive. The restaurant was clean, modern, and quite cool on a hot summer day. Glad to have this new offering in Olathe. I'll definitely be back!

Service was great, atmosphere was perfect during happy hour, and the drinks are divine. Pork belly was fantastic but the cornbread was an afterthought. The pimento sliders were so good the first trip but this time, very greasy and haphazardly thrown together. I would get the sliders again to test out consistency. I could pass on the pork belly.

Tried the newly opened Third Street Social in Olathe and had a great first visit. I've never been to any of their other locations, so this was my first time checking it out. The restaurant is really nice inside. It feels trendy and updated, but not in a stuffy or snooty way. We ordered the sangria (seasonal flavors) and the Soccer Mom cocktail. Both were good, but definitely stronger than expected, so just a heads up on that. I also tried the Diet Coke. Good flavor, but not quite enough carbonation (if you know, you know). We started with the Korean steak tacos and those were probably our favorite thing we ordered. So good. I honestly could've eaten a whole plate of just those. For mains, we tried the Animal Style Burger and the fried chicken sandwich. The burger had a pretty strong mustard flavor, so if you're not into mustard, just know that going in. The chicken sandwich had a huge piece of chicken and was really well seasoned. The only real downside was the service, which was a little slow, but they're newly opened so I'm willing to give them some grace there. Overall, I'd definitely go back and am looking forward to trying more of the menu.

Apple pie with ice cream

We came with a big group of 13 adults and 2 under 2 (1yr old and newborn) and everything was great! We had a private room because my grandparents in-law were celebrating their 67th wedding anniversary and it was perfect. The room had a tv, windows facing the beautiful heart of Olathe, and clean-classic ambiance. Even though there was a lot of food and drinks, it was fast and delicious. My spouse, son, and I had the blackened salmon with a side of smoked Gouda Mac n cheese then apple pie with ice cream for dessert. The service was absolutely amazing and personable. I'd come back again without hesitation.

Had a great experience at 3rd Street Social in Olathe! The menu takes comfort food to the next level, with elevated dishes that feel both familiar and unique. Everything we tried was flavorful and beautifully presented. The cocktails were a standout and definitely worth ordering more than one. The patio has a great atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for date night, happy hour, or a night out with friends. And don't skip dessert--you'll somehow find room for it. Olathe is lucky to have this addition. Amazing service and lovely patio. Looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu!

I really enjoyed the happy hour menu here during my stop with a group of friends. I had the pork belly burnt ends and sweet potato fries. The burnt ends were very tender and pieces were large. I would absolutely get these again. I enjoyed the sweet potato fries as well though I would share them next time because it was so much food. It did get very busy and loud through the evening. I would recommend making reservations.

Absolutely hands down the best prime rib sandwich I have ever tasted. The serving size was huge and enough for two meals.

Saw lots of couples - maybe this a the local date night spot?? Popped in on a Saturday evening. No reservation needed. Started with the garlic bread and chicken samosas. Both were delish. The samosas were stuffed full of chicken. The green sauce was tasty too. Lots of seafood, chicken, beef and pork entrees. I was not familiar with some of the fish entrees. It's a big menu and almost all of it is in Spanish. So I went with what Genevieve our server recommended. The chicken breast with onions and peppers. It's sounds plain but it was full of flavor and served with black beans and rice. I substituted plantains for tostones. The tostones were meh. My dinner companion ordered the chimichurri steak. It also came with black beans, white rice and plantains. She said it was delicious. They also serve paella - which I really wanted to try but they entree is for 2 or more. Some of the fish items are kinda spendy. But the other meat items are in the $20 or less range. In addition to soda and lemonade, they serve margaritas and beer. I ordered a skinny margarita and it tasted watered down. So next time I'll ask for no ice. For dessert we tried the churros. Not bad. The service was great. I'll definitely come back to try some of the seafood entrees.

I've heard about this place, but I avoided it until recently, opting for either Omaha Cigar or Safari, both great Omaha establishments. I was content to smoke on my back patio by myself, but a good friend asked me to join him and I agreed. First off, it's a cool building with a lot of history. It used to be a garage, probably built in the 1910's or 20's, so very rustic. The owners put a lot of thought into it, from the specially made leather chairs, some huge, some diminutive so you don't have to feel like you're in one of those chairs at Silver Dollar City that everybody gets their picture taken in, to the special glass, HVAC, Humidor, etc... you can tell this was a labor of love. Secondly, the service is excellent! From the tobacco experts that will guide you through the humidor to the people who work in the 2 attached establishments. There is a speakeasy next-door, just pick up the phone at the front door, say "Joe sent me" and you are allowed into one of the finest drinking establishments in the 5 county metro, replete with all of your favorite beers and craft cocktails that are out of this world! Then, you have the Bellows, an outdoor, intimate music venue that sports 2 firepits, a stage, heaters for those cold nights, and plenty of seating. I was lucky enough to find out about an event that they were having with Toscano Cigars, where for a paltry sum we were treated to the history of that company, a package of cigars, cutters, lighters, and some great Italian food. Then we watched the full length version of The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly. It was an event to remember. After my 3rd visit, I realized that this is a family. People from all walks of life are regulars and they're all friendly. I think that their motto should be "Where everybody knows your brand

It's a brewery so obviously they have beer, but they also have nonalcoholic beverages and wine. I stick to the beer. My favorites are alway the stouts.
