They are not the most expensive nor the least, however, they are consummate professionals. Lynn who coordinated our complete master bath/closet remodel was amazing. In just one visit Lynn turned the ideas in our heads into a blue print drawing of exactly what we were thinking, only better! All workmen and sub-contractors were not only excellent craftsmen, they were courteous, respectful and cleaned up their mess daily. Lynn's knowledge base is exceptional. She is well versed in all the ins and outs of her industry. There was not a question she couldn't answer...standard size, distance between cabinets and shower, venting, lighting, how NOT to pick cabinets that are over-priced for the home they going into. What we found most helpful was Lynn's sense of design and color. Lynn has a gift for filling a room with granite, tile, wall color and making it all come together in a way you could never have imagined. Lynn has helped us with several color and decorator projects and we are continually amazed! Every project (4 to date) has exceeded our expectations!!!

The collaborative design work by Robert turned out beautifully and with high quality materials from great cabinets to tiles and the Kohler fixtures, tubs and toilets. The detailed workmanship by Dario and Alex over the five months was outstanding, and they kept the work area neat and organized, so the mess was kept to a minimum (and there is a lot of mess to bathroom remodels!). They were a great team and nice people. Highly recommend them!

We talked to confirm measurements, etc. and he always followed up quickly. He was present when the cabinets were delivered and quickly replaced a damaged cabinet. Ofer was patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy -- he took the time to walk us through our options and helped us feel confident in our decisions. We went with Orange Cabinetry, a more budget-friendly brand that Ofer endorsed in terms of quality and customer service. Even though there was a delay in stock (which we were informed about in advance), the team encouraged us to stick with the sage green color we really loved instead of settling for something else just to speed things up. I'm so glad we waited -- the cabinets are beautiful, well-built, and exactly what we wanted. We've gotten a ton of compliments. Planet Cabinets also helped us source Jeffrey Alexander hardware, and their support with sizing and quantities made that process easy. Overall, we felt informed, supported, and never rushed. Highly recommend Planet Cabinets if you're looking for a company that balances affordability with honest, thoughtful service.

Things go over budget, timelines shift (sometimes by months as it did in our case), and you find yourself washing dishes in the bathtub cursing both the project and the contractors. The thing that makes all the difference is having the right team in your corner. We worked with CraftedWild, led by Kyle and supported by his awesome crew. While the renovation removed years off my life in stress, they helped us weather every storm, sometimes with very late-night therapy calls. What really stood out was their honesty and accountability. When things went sideways (including a few mistakes on their end), they owned it. No dodging, no blame games. They offered solutions professionally and fixed the problems. Kyle and his team were trustworthy, reliable, and truly cared about both the quality of the work and our experience throughout. They communicated clearly, offered great design guidance, and brought a level of craftsmanship that showed in every detail of the finished kitchen. In the end, it's not about a perfect, problem-free renovation--it's about having people you trust to get you through it. CraftedWild is that team. Highly, highly recommend.

We have a small kitchen, but they made us feel as if we were their biggest and most important customer, kind and super responsive. Even after the job was finished and fully paid for, they came back to address a small issue to limit a cabinet from hitting another cabinet adjacent to it when we opened it. Like I said, it's a small kitchen. Their attention to detail, patience, consideration & integrity is amazing! They took time to answer our questions and explain everything. To say we are very happy with our kitchen and CraftedWild is an understatement!

Assembly was easy enough for 12-yr old. Directions are well laid out, quite illustrated & simple to understand. After a few cabinets, I timed one---14 min., box opening to wall-ready. My paperwork clearly mentions the assembly & I think my rep (Bill?) mentioned it too. Several people complain about not knowing about the assembly, but I can't imagine the company making it less obvious over these years. That'd be illogical. Folks, pls check your invoice & ppwk before slamming a company. Only after that, accuse only if you honestly don't see it. You've got to be honest & fair. Long ago, I worked for a carpenter, all new house construction (in Joliet). We installed all the cabinets (3 options of cabinetry quality). I don't claim to be an expert, but I know more about cabinets than the average customer. Very impressive design---so creative & logical. Drawers open to 100% accessible, and glide so smoothly. If ever needed, it's so simple to take out a drawer & place back on its track. The connectors used in assembling sides together are impressive -- strong, simple. The "soft-close" drawers & doors are convenient, accurate & pretty cool. Even the hinges were designed brilliantly. I accidentally slammed a heavy object into an open door & the hinges snapped in two! Sounds odd, but that's impressive! Would you rather a cabinet door break/crack/splinter OR an inexpensive hinge break? Try finding an identical door in color, style & dimensions in 10-20 yrs. I highly recommend CabinetsToGo. We have nothing but the highest praise to give to them for delivering such a fantastic end result. The team we worked with was fantastic. We really enjoyed the hands on process of working with Elizabeth, our designer, who helped guide us through the entire process of creating our dream primary bathroom. We had a fair bit of back and forth throughout the design process but it resulted in some highly detailed and thorough design plans, which included realistic renderings, all the selected hardware and finishes, and overall layouts. We felt like we got great advice from Elizabeth, and she really listened to what kind of look and feel we were going for. We then got with Daniel, our project manager, who helped turn the plans we received into reality. He was also a pleasure to work with and always provided very clear project updates via text and phone. The teams he assembled for electrical, plumbing, and carpentry were all very professional and did great work. Daniel was also a great problem solver who was able to come up with clever solutions to any issues that came up. In summary, we are very happy owners of two completely new bathrooms spaces designed and built by the lovely team at Chi Renovation. From the tile work to the fixtures and overall layout, everything feels high-quality and thoughtfully done. We especially appreciated the unique elements incorporated into the design, like the wall-mounted faucets, recessed vanities, heated floors, and heated bidets--features that truly elevated both the look and comfort of our bathrooms. The team was excellent to work with from start to finish. Elizabeth, our designer, and Eric, our project manager, were both fantastic and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Elizabeth helped bring our vision to life with thoughtful design choices and a great eye for the overall look and feel, while Eric kept everything running smoothly and on schedule. Our contractor, also named Eric, did very high-quality work, and it really shows in the finished product. Everyone we interacted with was professional, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. Communication was consistent, and we always felt informed about what was happening next. The team's level of care and precision really stood out--they made sure everything was done right. The entire process, from design to construction to the final finishing touches, was smooth and well-managed.
