Seattle Painting was the first to respond, and their pricing was very competitive. Other quotes came in significantly higher, some even double the price. Seattle Painting guaranteed the project would be completed within a week and provided a one-year warranty. They delivered exactly as promised. The team was professional, efficient, and their workmanship was excellent from start to finish. It has now been about seven months, and we are still very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Seattle Painting to anyone looking for high-quality exterior painting services.

At the time, I had done most of the work and just needed some priming in a few small areas, and two coats of paint and that's it. They sold me as if I needed the total package - prep, touch-ups, priming, painting. I found a great other painter that was literally half the price. I gave them 5-star because the guy that came out was nice, and gave their reputation a boost, but at the end of the day, I didn't need full-service. I needed DONE. They should have priced it as-such. Now, their follow-up system won't leave me alone even though the job has been done for a while.

When we met Peter, I was immediately impressed by his honesty and description of how he would go about repairing not just the incorrectly applied stain, but other issues with our deck. Once we decided to use Peter to stain the deck, it could not have gone better! Peter's communication about when our job would start and the timeline for completion was excellent. It impressed me that Peter showed up on time and worked a complete day. Unfortunately you don't find that with a lot of contractors now. Peter is extremely well organized and a very hard worker. He completed the entire job himself and did an amazing job within the time he promised. I would highly recommend Seatown Painting Solutions for any painting or staining projects! Thanks again Peter!

Vanhousing's estimator showed up on time, asked good questions, wasn't pushy, and seemed to legitimately care about understanding the scope and what we were looking to achieve. Their bid was competitive and I had a good deal of faith in their ability to provide a great experience given what I'd read in other reviews. Vlad and his team ended up having to work through a multitude of challenges in order to deliver the end result that we enjoyed. I received constant professional communication (day, night, weekend) when things weren't going well (outside of their control) and what they were doing to resolve. They thoroughly owned resolving each obstacle instead of pushing it back to me to work out. This involved buying different kinds of paint and performing tests -- I even got a video of the test results to illustrate my options. Its obvious that this company cares a great deal about providing 5 star experiences. Its that additional amount of work that they did which has me so enthusiastic about referring them to anyone needing painting done (commercial or residential.)
