    That is a big biscotti

This seamed to be the choice of our group when walking around Boston. Great menu and massive biscotti. Pleasant staff and of course delicious smooth coffee

Very friendly service and good coffee. It gets busy but still has a chill ambiance and could be good for working for even reading. Service was also fast.

Great spot located in the north end! I got a few pastries - lemon poppyseed scone and a Dubai chocolate croissant - and a honey cinnamon latte. Service was friendly and quick and there was plenty of seating. Great spot to meet friends or even study.

Cute no complaints I just don't give 5 stars unless a true walk on water experience. In Boston as a tourist and I just picked a random spot.....not a chain. Small with limited seating but I didn't have trouble with dining in for breakfast. Lots of yummy pastries. Responsibly sourced options. I had the veggie quiche with coffee. It was served on an actual plate with an actual coffee mug and they even had REAL cream . Everything was good.....I remembered to take a picture. The gentleman who waited on me was helpful and polite. Dunkin' Donuts and McDonalds are on the same block. Treat yourself to some better quality food.

5/5 - absolutely loved! I am picky with my coffee, especially cold brew and syrups, but decided to try the cold brew with honey cinnamon and it was SO GOOD. Light and full of flavor. Just perfect. I got a lemon poppyseed scone and it was the best scone I ever had. Not dry at all and so delicious. Staff was nice and quick.

We chose this place because it was close to where our tour started. Food and drinks were good - nothing great but not terrible. The girl taking our order was not friendly at all - she either hates her job or just doesn't have a service-minded personality. Either way, it turned us off from this place.

This chain served up a robust cup of coffee with a nice selection of baked goods. They also had beans from one of my favorite roasters. A long shop with lots of seating but it can get a bit loud. With only window on one end there is not much natural light.

Iced matcha latte with soy milk

This coffee shop is ADORABLE! What a perfect stop for a hot cup of coffee on a cold day. The inside was very clean and there were plenty of tables to sit at while we had our drinks. The service was very quick and the staff was friendly. I got a hot vanilla latte with oatmilk and it was DELICIOUS. One of the better special coffee drinks I've had in a while. My friend got an iced matcha latte with soy milk, which was very earthy. I'm not a huge fan of matcha, but if you enjoy matcha drinks that aren't very sweet I would definitely recommend getting one from here. I will be going again next time I'm in Boston!

    Freshly filled cannolis and expresso

Quick coffee and cannoli while in the little Italy Thinking Cup is a great option worth checking out. Cozy and dimly lit. Service was decent but not overly friendly and the seating limited. The expresso had a bit of a bitter aftertaste. Love that this is a baked on premise establishment. Would go for a cappuccino next time!!!

    Quiche..it's what's for breakfast

A staple in the North end. The coffee is magnificent and the quiche is to die for. Good morning! Ambience is Rustic inside and service is fast even when busy.

    Hazelnut Latte

Lovely little coffee shop in the North End of Boston. Hazelnut latte was amazing and service was great.

As we walked in, we were met with the great aroma of coffee and baked goods. The place was very busy and there were a lot of staff moving around and customers having conversations or in line to order take out. We sat in a separate area downstairs and we were the only guests there. It was somewhat dark but it was private and there were bathrooms downstairs. We tried their tiramisu that was one of the bests I've ever tried. We also ordered their pistachio martini that was a super treat as it also had pistachio gelato. Their cappuccino made me want a second one. I am coming back to this place next time that I visit the North End!

Our party of 9 chose this cafe as a convenient midpoint location and had a terrible experience recently, which is why I'm updating my prior review. When about 2/3 of the group had arrived, we asked if we could be seated. The woman we asked said yes and started putting two tables together. While another woman was bringing chairs over, an angry male server who was not involved at all, suddenly began having an aggressive outburst that made very little sense to us. Even if we didn't fully understand what he was saying, the nonverbal communication was clear enough. Our group felt extremely uncomfortable and disrespected, so we left immediately. I don't know what their internal rules are about seating, but offending customers should not be one of them. Thankfully we were able to salvage the evening elsewhere, but service here could be a challenge, especially for larger groups. I'm fortunate that the cafes in my own neighborhood are always kind and welcoming, which makes them a joy to support. I'd hope Vittoria could do better in the future, but personally, we are unlikely to try them again.

I stopped into this place as there was room at the bar and other places seemed very busy, given that it was the weekend of the Boston Marathon. There was a QR system to order but halfway through the bartender asked me what I wanted so I placed an order that way. I ordered a glass of wine and a glass of water. The wine came but no water. The wine was served in a nice sized glass. I asked again for water and five minutes later it arrived. I ordered a Chicken Quesadilla....it was mighty mediocre. Not well presented either, but at least it was warm. When I wanted to leave, it took 10 minutes to get the bartender's attention (who always seemed to be doing something other than paying attention to the patrons.) If you are starving, and there are not other options, by all means, go here. But you might do better at a different restaurant.
