Expect normal convenience store prices but nice items. They have a variety of nice gifts and also Chicago & Chicago sports team related gifts. They have a huge drink selection, chip selection, snack selection and surprisingly a huge greeting card selection. I love that I can come downstairs to get balloons, a card and a gift for a coworker with ease. The card selection really is great and beyond helpful to have downstairs at work. They have a cute little stuffed animal section, as well. You can find a scratch & win lotto machine plus you're able to buy regular lotto tickets here as well. My lunch crew and I lovingly refer to the giftshop as 'downstairs' - even if we're on the ground floor level coming back from somewhere, we will still ask each other, you wanna go downstairs?
