Regarding the product, it's a little on the pricey side for the type of Asian products (toys, makeup, nicknacks, etc.) you can find for a little less in Chinatown, but the fact that it's in the suburbs means your saving on gas and traffic. The selection of items in here is diverse, from figures to keychains, to stuffed animals and accessories. There are definitely one-of-a-kind items that you won't find in any of the big retailers. They had a waiting line and monitored how many was going in. All the staff there are super friendly! They had my pick up order ready to go. I'm satisfied with their quality. But I'm more impressed with their customer service! One of my items was a gift but arrived damaged. I emailed them about it and within a COUPLE OF HOURS, they responded back to me and solved it right away! No questions asked. I have never had that happen EVER. And during Christmas week?! Amazing. I would always get some automated lame response and it would take days and a lot of back and forth. They offered to send out a new one right away, no fee or shipping charge. And another email when the replacement package was sent out, along with tracking! This is how you get loyal customers. Very pleased with this company.
