I then took back a gift I bought, and I did not have the receipt and they would not take it back, even though it was in its original package where they could scan the barcode and see it came from their store they didn't even bother to open the box. I paid for it on a credit card so they could credit back my card or give me a store credit, but they just were rude mean and literally said no receipt no refunds and walked away and left me and the woman wouldn't even look at me. Too bad the owner and the staff of the store tarnished the good name of Hallmark, which was always a good solid company.

The back third of the store is kids and baby stuff, and the front has lots of accessories and beautiful, tasteful, decorative items (think pretty soap dishes and shiny jewelry) to revel at. Frankly, a store like this is often so overwhelming to me that I can't even pick out something to buy. But with a little bit of patience and maybe a specific gift recipient in mind, you'll leave with the perfect gift.

I was going to make the drive anyway and first called to see if the item was in stock. The person who helped me was kind and quickly found the item and put multiple sizes on hold for me. They ended up asking where I was driving from and actually told me that I might be able to find the item closer, which I did saving me hours of driving! I feel bad because I didn't end up purchasing from Juniper but my experience left me feeling really taken care of and I will absolutely be shopping here in the future when I have the chance.
