They had me with the life-sized Alpaca in the window! This holiday pop-up store at Bridgewater…read moreCommons was styled beautifully with vibrant colored shawls, wraps, sweaters and scarfs enticing you in. Not to mention the Sherpa lined slippers and boots. OMG, I wanted everything! Prices were in the higher side, but since alpaca is similar to cashmere, it's to be expected. For that reason, I was only able to purchase one shawl in a stunning marine blue color. If I win the lottery, I would stock my wardrobe with shawls and sweaters in every color. The slippers, loafers and booties were all so comfortable; the Sherpa lining keeps your toes warm and snuggly. They also had some fur hats and cool leather belts. This store was at Bridgewater Commons just for the holiday season but they operate all year out of various malls. Best bet is to do a google search and call first.

The woman who assisted me in sales, Veronica, was extremely rude. She seemed as if her customers…read morewere bothering her by being there. As she handed me my package (which took almost 2 hours to complete) it fell on the floor... there was no apology. Also, their inventory is extremely deceiving. I asked for 4 separate items that were on the floor, and they didn't have any other in store. Overall, customer service was terrible. My frames came out ok, but took way longer than expected. I will most likely not shop at that store again.

If I could give this place a -5 stars I would! I went in to order a very special piece of jewelry…read morethat was engraved for my son. The woman there at first was very helpful and very accommodating. In fact this was so important and special to me that I spent about an hour and a half picking out this item because I wanted it to be absolutely perfect! However when I went back to pick up this piece of jewelry it was all wrong. I understand that in life, things happen and mistakes are made but this has nothing to do with this horrible review! And in fact I've never written a negative review before in my life because I work in customer service myself and I understand how difficult it can be working with the public. The young man who assisted my (if that's what you want to call it) son and I was extremely rude and unhelpful. In fact he was downright disrespectful and seemed in concerned about the fact that I had paid over $150 for something that was very sentimental for my child; and that everything about it was wrong! Now I'm a very patient and reasonable person! When I asked him for help locating the item I wanted engraved rather then what they had put on the necklace he told me that it was my responsibility to be familiar with their company catalog when I tried to point out what I had ordered vs. what was actually engraved on the necklace. He refused to help me locate the symbol in their catalogue and told me that I should know where it was because I was the one who ordered it. When communication was completely impossible with this young man I requested to speak with a manager he told me that he was the manager and I was absolutely floored! All I wanted was for him to make what I had ordered and my son was due to fly back home to AZ. In a few days so there was an urgency in getting this accomplished. This Young man proceeds to tell me that the mistakes were my fault and that he was not going too fix the product because I was not familiar with the stores choices for engraving. I absolutely thought I was dreaming or had possibly lost my mind. I demanded a refund and while he was putting the payment back on my credit card he proceeds to berate me and antagonize me into arguing with him. My son is 15 y.o. And was with me at the time and it was supposed to be a surprise and very special moment. However it turned out to be the absolute worst customer service experience of my life. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to Things Remembered at Danbury Fair Mall! And especially DO NOT entrust any items of sentimental value to this store!! If this is the level of moral that the manager possesses then I can just imagine the level in which his employees function under. This guy needs to go and see a therapist and at the very least get fired! Absolutely unacceptable!!

Beautifully curated store in downtown Millbrook. If you're looking for a gift or even a way just to…read morespoil yourself, definitely check out Juniper. The back third of the store is kids and baby stuff, and the front has lots of accessories and beautiful, tasteful, decorative items (think pretty soap dishes and shiny jewelry) to revel at. Frankly, a store like this is often so overwhelming to me that I can't even pick out something to buy. But with a little bit of patience and maybe a specific gift recipient in mind, you'll leave with the perfect gift.

I was going to make the drive anyway and first called to see if the item was in stock. The person who helped me was kind and quickly found the item and put multiple sizes on hold for me. They ended up asking where I was driving from and actually told me that I might be able to find the item closer, which I did saving me hours of driving! I feel bad because I didn't end up purchasing from Juniper but my experience left me feeling really taken care of and I will absolutely be shopping here in the future when I have the chance. Thank you for looking out for customers beyond a single sale, I hope that comes back to y'all ten fold.

But after doing a little Instagram research to get a sense of their aesthetic decided that I'd take a chance on Fieldtrip, and it paid off!
