Ordered an item through their Walmart storefront…read more I placed an order for an item, and within 40 minutes had some unexpected changes personally, so I requested that the item be canceled. I placed the order approx. 330p est. and requested the cancelation approx. 410p est. The immediate response was "I can't do that because it shipped out this morning". Obviously that would be impossible. According to the FedEx tracking, it wasn't picked up until the next day after several email communications were had. Most of which, the seller was condescending and unprofessional. Since then I have repeatedly asked for a return to processed immediately, and I would send back in the original shipping box. They are rude and unwilling to work with me.

I found everything I was looking for -- a special card for my mother, very nice holiday thank you cards for a few people who've gone above-and-beyond during the year, and value packs of multiple holiday and new year cards that were just fine / not tacky.
