Definitely a lot of unique items that I don't see in many other stores in the area, with a lot of great gifts for kids and anime lovers. There is even MORE I could continue to list, but I suggest checking it out next time you are at the mall. The prices are reasonable, and affordable. The worker was kind and helped us find anything in particular we were looking for, and suggesting some of the drinks to try. It's a fun stop for all ages!

I went with my husband and as soon as we came in, one of the women asked if we needed help and started hovering and acting like she was arranging stuff, she was just watching like if were to steal something. My husband felt so uncomfortable that he went back to car , I stayed, then the woman went to the back of the store and then left the store. Maybe she finished her shift. I saw a few interesting things at the store, there's artisan soaps but they are scented with artificial fragrances not essential oils, you can tell by the smell, that was a turn off for me. In summary, the experience wasn't good, so I will not visit again.

Not one person greeted me when I walked in (which to an extent is a huge pet peeve of mine). What made it worse was eventually an employee (I believe the owner) looked me right in the eyes and didn't say anything and just ignored me. They had some good comics hanging on the wall and stuff seemed fairly priced. But honestly customer service and feeling welcomed goes much farther to me as a customer. If I don't feel welcomed or wanted then why would I bother wanting to give you my money? I'm not sure how people stay in business when they're not social with their customers.

I placed the order approx. 330p est. and requested the cancelation approx. 410p est. The immediate response was "I can't do that because it shipped out this morning". Obviously that would be impossible. According to the FedEx tracking, it wasn't picked up until the next day after several email communications were had. Most of which, the seller was condescending and unprofessional. Since then I have repeatedly asked for a return to processed immediately, and I would send back in the original shipping box. They are rude and unwilling to work with me.

This is a staple store in New Canaan than is my go-to store for any kids gifts. The new location is rights next to CVS so you can park in the back parking lot or on the street and not have to fight for a spot on Elm Street. They have an amazing selection of toys and are always getting in brand new items. The owner is also really great at ordering specific items for you and his prices are resonable and I love supporting local merchants. This store also gift wraps so it is perfect when I am running late to a birthday and need to pick up something really fast. They wrap everything! Also, if you just have no time, they have curb service where you call ahead, give the age of the kid and the price you want to spend on a gift. The staff gives you a few suggestions and then they wrap it and ring it up for you. You never even have to get out of the car because they bring it directly to the empty spots outside the door. The staff are knowledgeable about the products with great suggestions for all ages. They are also local students and are great at interacting with customers. They have the best customer service, especially with a staff of predominately high school students. Come to this store with any toy wish and they will find it, wrap it, and give it to you with a smile which is a rare thing to find these days.
