The Savvy Bride - Now that I'm married and don't have to hide the dress - trying on my dress at the savvy bride!

Erica, the owner, has an incredible personality. she's fun, warm, and instantly makes you feel at ease. The shop is so organized, and full of beautiful, affordable gowns that actually feel special and affordable. I felt excited and confident trying on dresses, and Erica made the whole experience such a joy. Highly recommend Savvy Bride to any bride-to-be it's everything you want in a bridal shopping experience! She has a good eye for what looks good and what works. She even picked a veil and I ended up saying yes to the dress! PLEASE STOP IN!

As someone who is terrible at making decisions, working with Erica today to find my perfect dress made it seem easy and flawless. First off, booking was easy online and personable. I found an appointment available and got the confirmation quickly. Additionally the questionnaire and personable customer service from Erica all walked me through the process more clearly. Erica even took the time to check what styles I liked, explained some commonly missed facts about bridal size vs street size (I didn't even know either!) and made sure we were within reason for my budget. I was even more floored once we got to the literal dress floor. Hundreds of dresses available and Erica was able to narrow down easily what would work for me. In fact, the inventory changes frequently which means new stuff is added all of the time. I ended up loving all of them in some way shape or form. Ultimately I was able to find a dress that was MY dress. Not only did I feel it but Erica and my sister saw it too. What made the visit most memorable was how Erica was friendly, understanding, knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Unlike other experiences I had, she was there to answer questions, clarify things, and be patient with the fact that I don't know much about weddings as a whole. In fact she asked me the right questions to know and affirm that I will feel confident, comfy, and assured with my decisions. There are so many things I didn't know I wanted or liked and Erica was able to find them for me at the price I was looking for. I couldn't be happier and recommend all brides take a look and visit to The Savvy Bride. Erica is THE savvy one and I couldn't be more grateful that she is. I'll definitely be back to get the accessories and everything I'll need for my big day. Love it and highly recommend.

It was amazing to see so much of the community welcome the stores opening with such excitement because it was packed in there! First things first, their bright blue signage on the exterior is bold and well lit, driving plenty of attention from the road. Upon entering, the staff members were extremely welcoming, helpful, and kind. Even under what I'm sure was plenty of stress with a busy opening day, and full store of customers, they remained very cheerful and friendly, which doesn't go unnoticed. On to the store itself: it was very clean inside, bright lighting, well organized with cohesive branding and signs throughout the store marking the different sections. The selection was similar to other Ross' I've been to with a range of brands, nothing surprised me there. Some high-demand brands I observed include: Kate Spade, MAC, Nike, Converse, Sanrio/Hello Kitty, NARS, Philosophy, Squishmallows, Puma, Vans, and more. You can expect a variety of categories from clothing and shoes for children, women, men; home goods and decor for bedroom, kitchen, bath, outdoor; fashion accessories like handbags; beauty and skin care essentials from lotion to perfumes and makeup; jewelry and watches; pantry items, and snacks; and even stationary essentials like pens, markers, gift bags, and more. I wasn't expecting to see the car accessories that were offered, tons of steering wheel covers seat, cushions, car lights, as well as home-improvement items like paintbrushes, hooks, and more - but great to know they're there. I was glad to see 7 checkout stations, however only a few were staffed at the time we went. The long line moved swiftly with fun impulse buys located throughout the way. Although I left empty-handed, my family members did not! I was glad to get a look at the new space and understand the offerings available and look forward to seeing how they continue to maximize the foot traffic at this core retail location. See you again soon!

It is absolutely beautiful. They offer candles, home furnishings, jewelry, pretty much anything you can think of. It is beautiful inside. I can't believe I didn't know about this place! I found them by chance. I think this is the perfect place for people who might want to do some Holiday shopping but do not want to brave (gulp) the MALL! I am one of those people who prefer a charming gift shop oozing warmth and New England charm to the impersonal business and crowded hassles of the big box stores and shopping malls. There is alot here to explore and it is easy to find and parking is ample. It reminds me of the lovely shops in Cape Cod and Maine, places I adore and do not see much of in Fairfield County. Now that I am aware of them, I will certainly be there frequently And here's a tip: they personalize many of their items, if you want that service. You just can't beat that. Highly recommended.
