My husband is looking to put a down payment for a car so we need the cash. All of the cards together on TCG, the value is $450. After just looking at the 14 cards he looked at (which is a value on TCG of $130) he gave him an offer of $14 in cash. (A 1% value back) Anyone who knows yugioh would have been furious and you should be furious reading this. Not only did this guy take up my husband time, but that's so damn disrespectful. Not cool.

I ended up not needing 2 books I had them dig for for me and they were super polite about putting them back (some comic shops have made rude comments when asking about stuff and choosing not to buy something last minute). I ended up coming back 2 weeks later and bought out the rest of the books that I originally did not want, as well as got some older books as well. Condition here is good. Its super clean and organized too. Wish we had a shop this big near me. Also, comic hunters, they have bins, FOR DAYS!

I can tell you that this store is huge, neatly set up, and boasts an ungodly amount of comics, collectibles, figurines, toys, games, cards, books, posters (check out the very foxy Supergirl) across the pop culture spectrum of movies, television, comic books, super heroes & villains. They even have a small sports card section, so every branch of the Nerd Tree is represented here! They don't have a website, but have a Facebook page on their business card, which I included as a photo.

I then bought another 18 comic book full set for $15 and with 2 missing books (that was clearly marked as missing) and I found the other 2 online, so now I have the full set, and it only cost me $24 in all - you can't beat these prices. I'm not looking for comic books that are in perfect condition, although, most that I have received are in great condition and inside protective sleeves. I'm 54 years young and enjoying being able to buy full sets of of the classics. Great store, and I can't wait to buy my next full series.

Best Comic Shop in The Area! I've been going to Rogue Comics…read moresince its initial opening in 2010, and I must say, the place is like fine wine- It gets better with age! The owner Mike is one of the most pleasant people to talk to and his seemingly endless knowledge of comic books and generally nerdy things is rather refreshing. You can tell he loves what he does and puts care into making sure every customer he serves ends up enjoying their visit. Want a certain comic book or piece of paraphernalia that is unavailable at the moment? Mike will offer to order it for you. He is helpful to people of all ages and doesn't get enough credit for the work that he does. I truly hope that Rogue Comics stays open and thrives in its business for years to come.

Not one person greeted me when I walked in (which to an extent is a huge pet peeve of mine). What made it worse was eventually an employee (I believe the owner) looked me right in the eyes and didn't say anything and just ignored me. They had some good comics hanging on the wall and stuff seemed fairly priced. But honestly customer service and feeling welcomed goes much farther to me as a customer. If I don't feel welcomed or wanted then why would I bother wanting to give you my money? I'm not sure how people stay in business when they're not social with their customers.

I told him as politely as possible to not call me stupid, and will go back tomorrow to either get my money back. Either way, it's a good store for game playing, but not comics. I've pretty much depleted my decades long accumulation of baseball cards so now I'm into selling off my football cards. I walked into DJ's Comics and Cards to sell six vintage New York Giants cards from the late 1950's and early 1960's. I had done my pricing research, and after correcting for condition and selling to a retailer, I had an idea what to ask for. He offered me $5 less than my assesment, so I countered with his cash offer plus $5 in store credit and that clinched the deal. I ended up using the store credit toward buying a Tom Brady and a Kobe Bryant card for my grandson. DJ's made me a very fair offer and we were both satisfied with the outcome. The store has quite a bit more comics than cards, but I sure enjoyed looking at the shopwcases and rummaging through the commons boxes.

I have to say that Andrew went above and beyond to make it a positive experience for us stopping in and instead of just telling us he couldn't play/ wasn't able based off his level and skill, Andrew turned it into a learning opportunity to have my son understand the tournament game rules, watch matches and providing my son and friends a space to play/practice with the game . My son struggles with social settings and social/emotional norms often and tends to self isolate, You have no clue how much that kindness was so very appreciated .
