As I entered the store one store attendant greeted me and I quickly responded with a hello. While browsing the surrounding I noticed a second store attendant in my peripheral shuffling the clothes. I immediately knew what that signifies sadly. She slowly made her way over to me while to ask if I am finding everything. I responded that I am looking for a particular item, which she directed me to the specific location in the store. It saddens me that for my first visit to this establishment that came highly recommended and received that type of a reception. Unfortunately I will not be visiting ever again and will not be recommending anyone either because of this experience.

The store is spacious and well organized and I liked that there was a best seller list table right when you walk it. Decent selection of books prominently displayed; I enjoyed looking at all the different genres. They have greeting cards, gift items, Fairfield U clothing and paraphernalia. I was able to find a great book gift that happened to be 30 percent off. They also have a cafe/coffee shop and some indoor and outdoor seating. Upstairs for the textbooks. On street parking.
