They showed me exact techniques and were so patient when I didn't know if my contact had fallen out and what to do. I had to take the time for this one, as very seldom does a business come through with flying colors in every way possible. First and most importantly, he's very good at what he does and has been able to get my contact prescription correct every time and the first time. This clinic is amazing! Everyone in here provides service that sets the bar so high we couldn't recommend them enough. The staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. You won't be rushed just to get as many patients as they could thru the day, Dr. Thies is very knowledgeable and very helpful. My wife had an accident with her eye and we had to do a walk in and they did their best to squeeze us in to be seen. Not only were they able to help us, a follow up appointment was set for next 3 consecutive days. And Dr. Thies' parting words, " We're closed on Sundays, but if there's a drastic change and discomfort in your eye, here's my phone #, call me and I will meet you at my clinic." -------now this, is going above and beyond PATIENT CARE!!! read more

Dr. Theis and his team have cared for my eyes for many years. After my corporate employer cancelled retiree medical, dental and vision benefits, I was concerned about the costs of continuing with annual exams and such. Dr. T. And his people made sure it was affordable for me, and gave me excellent exam and screening for important changes (aging and diabetes). He was thorough, clear and reassuring - and we didn't even need to change my prescription or add new or different glasses. Here's the best part: they gave my old glasses (3 pair bought over the years) a great tune-up with cleaning, tightening screws, rechecking fit. It feels like brand new eyeglasses - at no extra expense! These people are kind, expert in their field, and no-pressure, no-nonsense. I have visited other, cheaper optometry franchises with my husband and they don't begin to compare to the service and care of Dr. Theis, Pam, Nedie and Kitty. read more
