Got contacts for the first time through Beach Vision Center. The staff has been great, providing me with hands on training and letting me know what to do and what NOT to do. They showed me exact techniques and were so patient when I didn't know if my contact had fallen out and what to do. The doctor even squeezed me in and took the time to see if there was any contact hiding in my eye crevices. So supportive! read more

I very seldom remember to leave a review for a business, get busy and forget. I had to take the time for this one, as very seldom does a business come through with flying colors in every way possible. From front desk to the check out and everything in between, just a great experience! Dr. Thies is fantastic. It's not just an eye exam, it's also so informative. I have always just gone and had an exam but here you actually leave knowing about the eye and eye health, how they work etc. he explains everything which is really nice. I highly recommend Dr. Thies and Beach Vision! read more

Dr. Thies is amazing. I try to always recognize great care and don't always stop and share my feedback but this is the time. Dr. Thies spent the time sharing my exam results and I didn't feel rushed. He answered all of my questions. I am so pleased to have found Beach Vision Center! Also, Greg assisting with finding the best pair of glasses for my facial features, was also AMAZING. He knew exactly what would look great on me. THANK YOU! I would highly recommend Beach Vision Center to ANYONE!!! read more

I've been going to Dr. Thies for over 10 years and I highly recommend him. First and most importantly, he's very good at what he does and has been able to get my contact prescription correct every time and the first time. I've had other doctors in the past who just couldn't get it right and would result in multiple revisits. He and his staff are also very nice and pleasant people, which makes my visits that much more impressive. read more

I've been coming here for years and Dr. Theis is a great optometrist. Great service and excellent care!

This clinic is amazing! Everyone in here provides service that sets the bar so high we couldn't recommend them enough. The staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. You won't be rushed just to get as many patients as they could thru the day, Dr. Thies is very knowledgeable and very helpful. My wife had an accident with her eye and we had to do a walk in and they did their best to squeeze us in to be seen. Not only were they able to help us, a follow up appointment was set for next 3 consecutive days. And Dr. Thies' parting words, " We're closed on Sundays, but if there's a drastic change and discomfort in your eye, here's my phone #, call me and I will meet you at my clinic." -------now this, is going above and beyond PATIENT CARE!!! read more

Been going to Dr. Thies for years. Always a thorough exam and a pleasant experience. Highly recommend this office.

Dr. Theis and his team have cared for my eyes for many years. After my corporate employer cancelled retiree medical, dental and vision benefits, I was concerned about the costs of continuing with annual exams and such. Dr. T. And his people made sure it was affordable for me, and gave me excellent exam and screening for important changes (aging and diabetes). He was thorough, clear and reassuring - and we didn't even need to change my prescription or add new or different glasses. Here's the best part: they gave my old glasses (3 pair bought over the years) a great tune-up with cleaning, tightening screws, rechecking fit. It feels like brand new eyeglasses - at no extra expense! These people are kind, expert in their field, and no-pressure, no-nonsense. I have visited other, cheaper optometry franchises with my husband and they don't begin to compare to the service and care of Dr. Theis, Pam, Nedie and Kitty. read more
