Love this Optometry office! They accept my insurance, it's local. I've never had an issue getting appointments. The staff is great, I love how they interact with each other. The doctor's are great. I was looking for a new optometrist as I had been going to one at Costco and just didn't really like dealing with crowds of shoppers when I needed to go in. I came in here for exam for eye glasses and contacts as well, since my old prescription was over a year old. Didn't realize til I tried to order new contacts online that you cannot if your prescription is over a year old. Anyways, doctor evaluated my eyes, got my new prescription and found a pair of glasses that my insurance covered that I was fine with. Front staff was friendly and helpful so all around experience was pleasant. Not much more to write but 5 stars are warranted since all the boxes were checked for having a good experience, including located in strip mall with easy parking options. I've been seeing Dr. Ralph Hutter for about 26 years. I drive over 30 minutes one-way to see him, because that's how wonderful he and the staff are. I have gone to other doctors here and there to save on the drive, but I find myself coming back here because of the amazing customer service, eyeglass selection, and overall great care. I was recommended to Dr. Saba by one of my friends who rated him very highly, so I had high expectations. I have very bad eyesight so I have seen many optometrists in the past and I would rank my experience in Dr. Saba's office as the top. His office was clean and organized. They did have later appointments than most offices and Saturday appointments as well. I had the last appointment of the day at 5 pm but even still, his front desk staff and assistant were on top of it and very friendly and got me right in. Dr. Saba took his time with our appointment, did more tests on my eyes than any other optometrist has done for me and was quite thorough. He explained everything about my exam and my eyes in layman's terms so I can understand and made sure my contacts, glasses and further appointments were all situated. He was equal parts friendly and professional. I did not purchase any glasses from his office but I took a look around and he had many great ones available to try on and purchase. We spoke about sports and we just happen to have all the same favorite teams so that was a coincidence. Overall it was a great experience and I will continue to go to his office for all my further visits in the future, and I have been recommending him to my family and friends as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Joy Nakabayashi! She is absolutely wonderful! I've heard that Dr. Ralph Hutter who is in the same office in Cypress is excellent too but I haven't seen him. I'm on my 3rd yearly exam with her and I have both prescription reading glasses and sunglasses. I've never been happier with an Optometrist and the office with style choices. I used to be so frustrated and never was happy with my glasses in the past. This was the 1st time I was happy. I actually was THRILLED and I still am, several years later. They are extremely thorough, professional and friendly. Great choices of styles too. My husband switched over as well and he has been more than happy with them as well. read more

This was my first time at an actual optometry office and they far exceeded my expectations. I am new to wearing glasses and everyone there was so helpful.
