Initially it was just a few, but then around March we got a bunch and asked for retreatment. That is when the excuses started. Instead of acknowledging the chemicals should be strong enough to last 3 months, we got told that we needed a monthly or bimonthly treatment instead (in 7 years of owning these properties they have never needed more than quarterly treatments), which of course was more costly. When the retreatment was completed they recommended a couple repairs to help prevent bugs getting in which we completed. We then started getting complaints at the other properties as well. These had no recommended repairs and instead we just kept getting excuses and told to upgrade our account to pay them more. Then after our 2nd quarterly treatment in April the wheels fell off. Nonstop complaints at multiple locations. They then started making excuses claiming they are a small family company and cannot commute to our properties (didn't stop them from quoting and taking my money mind you), and started blaming me claiming that the repairs we had already completed at 1 location somehow explained the nonstop complaints at 3 of the 4 locations they treat. They then cancelled the contracts and refused to come out and retreat the properties we had already paid for through the rest of the quarter, violating the agreement we had, and continued to insist I pay them more money for them to retreat. We now have a roach problem that we are going to have to have another company fix, after just 6 months of using these SCAMMERS. Use ANYBODY ELSE

We did not know being in a newer neighborhood, there would be so many ants because of surrounding construction. We called them in for the very first treatment and back again after our second treatment for a follow up because of the pesky ants. After the follow-up treatment, the ants disappeared. When I called for clarification, the representative was immediately defensive and dismissive. She repeatedly hid behind "it's in your contract" but couldn't actually answer the questions I asked. According to her, if I don't schedule or answer the phone, they will come out anyway--meaning they'll take their payment regardless of whether my family is affected by the shutdown or dealing with medical issues. To enforce a contract so rigidly while the entire country is facing hardship feels ruthless, unethical, and completely lacking compassion. I will be speaking with a manager, but based on this experience, my trust in this company has been severely damaged. Customers deserve understanding--not condescension and automatic charges. He also informed me that a complete service is typically performed every six months, which directly contradicts what the salesperson told me at the time of sign-up, when I was assured that complete service would be provided every two months.   Despite this pattern of incomplete service, Natran has had no trouble charging my credit card every single month without fail.   When I informed Natran that I would be out of town for an extended period, they refused to move my appointment up by even a couple of weeks, even though the result would be my home going over three months without any treatment at all, far beyond the standard service window I am paying for.   Reading through other reviews, it is clear that missed appointments, poor communication, and unresponsive customer service are not isolated incidents but an ongoing pattern with this company.
