I get it, but I told her I will let you know if it's hurting me. That didn't really help she continued to message me with just two fingers in one minutes. not a good massage at all. I have had therapy many times on my neck this was not what I excepted. The exercises consist of 1 pound weights, and the lightest bands. I figured by the second week we would increase, but no. My concern was I needed to be ready to g back to work by a certain date and afraid I wouldn't be ready. I did tell my therapist this but it didn't seem to matter. The demeanor at the place was as if no one wanted be there; quiet, not talking. All my other experiences at different places were full of laughter and conversation. This was not the place for me so I left mid treatment.
