First off, the place looks nothing like these photos they've posted. I worked here for a couple…read moreyears and I promise you, if you're considering working here or you're wanting to find care for your child, consider anywhere else. This company prioritizes money over everything, they do not care about you, your child, or their employees. At all. They take the classic greedy-business tactic of terminating anyone who starts making too much and then take in people who have no business working with kids so they can save as much money as possible. The operational manager is rotten to the core and it trickles down and affects everything. The only reason they hire anyone is to have warm bodies to fill time slots. They don't care if it's beneficial to your child or not, all they care about is maximizing profit and coming from someone who worked here for 2 years, this makes it impossible to make any sort of meaningful progress in providing therapy. They actively instruct techs to do as little as possible. Treatment is not individualized at all. The turnover rate in this dumpster fire of a clinic is insanely high and with good reason. Also, if you do decide to come here, get used to being sick every other week. Management has been saying they were going to hire a sanitizing crew for the better part of a year now but they never do, so a large majority of kids and staff are in a perpetual state of being sick. Anything to save as much money as possible. And don't even get me started on what hiring a bunch of immature under-trained teenagers to provide therapy does to the work culture. Just remembering this place makes me sick to my stomach.

The director and staff are grossly dishonest. They accused my son of behaviors and when I asked…read morefor video of it, they claimed they could not show me (even though I asked to come in and view privately). When I advocated for my child, they then tried to lie and fault find with me in an effort to get rid of my son. The Director at Surprise (Debbie Mulder) and her boss (Jaime Goodrich) boss practices racial bias and if you file a complaint about anything they do, they will retaliate by terminating services. They lie like nobody's business and Jaime is just a nasty and rude person (certainly a Karen). I spoke with the founder (Ryan Goodrich - who claimed he is no relation to Jaime but I don't believe it) of the company and he acknowledged that they violated company policy and failed my family in many ways but ultimately covered for the director and did nothing to rectify the situation. Also, you cannot trust the technicians as they are inept and dishonest - it comes from the top! The good technicians quit and told me it was because of the Director. If your child is Black or Brown, be ready for unequal and disparate treatment. My son has made more progress in speech therapy with his current provider (less than 2 months) than almost a year at Ally. The director, who was my son's BCBA did not know anything about toilet training. This place is a joke - especially with technicians like Tressa and Brianna - the worst of the bunch. They hire people with no experience with special needs children and have no business working with them. The turnover was excessive and I understand why. They kept "losing" my son's belongings but I think they were just stealing them or giving them to other kids - make them reimburse you! They just want the money. THEY HAVE NO COMPASSION FOR CHILDREN. They will put up a nice front in the beginning but time reveals all. They will cover for staff's wrongdoing and your child does not matter. Take your child here at your own risk. I went here out of desperation and it wasn't worth the fight. There are providers that have the skill-set, professionalism, and compassion for your child. It may take some time and digging but it's worth not having to go through a horrible place like Ally. Not an ally, more like a Foe. Don't be fooled like I was! It will take a toll on you as a parent and you just cannot trust people like this; especially when the leaders operate in this manner. Oh, and it's all about politics here; Jaime is friends with Debbie. This is how she got the job. She has no business being a Director of anything. And I am sure her boss Jaime got the job because she knows the Founder, Ryan. Jaime is rude, nasty, unprofessional and she also should not be directing anything. Sad place. Horrible experience. Dear "Ally" please don't respond by saying I should contact whomever...I spent a ton of time going to the OWNER of the company, Ryan Goodrich, and it was a waste of time. This review is of my experience and my opinion DOES matter; in spite of how they try to invalidate and minimize it.
