She has always been flexible with schedule changes, even those we had to make last minute. She's also been willing to work around our unique co-parenting situation. Many times she could have justifiably stopped treating our son and chose to work with us to keep him in therapy. Michelle makes his appointments fun each week and they are something that he looks forward to attending. He's still at the age where he doesn't fully understand so to him it's his play date where he gets to play games and build things. We couldn't be happier with the treatment he is receiving. I read the previous review and that was not at all the experience we are having at Speech Sounds. We received our evaluation and goals within a week of our sons initial appointment. In addition his goals have been revised every year. We've also received "homework" sheets with words to work on with him at home and ideas and ways to work with him to keep him on track through out the week.

They are disorganized and the front staff isn't helpful. Trying to get ahold the the office is like pulling teeth. Once I waited on hold for 15min and when I called back the lady that answered wasn't concerned and another time I had to call the Glendale office and they sent an email to the Phoenix office to give me a call. My daughter is in group speech classes but during the evaluation(which was not informative) the lady never mentioned that. I don't even know the ladies name or her credentials that did the evaluation. She just asked a bunch of questions and then said ok great I will pass your information on to the scheduler who will set up classes. What are classes? does my daughter really need speech? How often is therapy? I received no answers. Again we really like our therapist but the office and how it runs effects our experience. We are going to stay with therapy for the next few lessons but do not know if we will continue.

My son's doctor submitted a referral to TEAM 4 Kids on 10/28/25. After months of waiting, we…read morefinally completed a screening on 1/15/26, and an in-office evaluation was scheduled for 7/03/26. From the beginning, we made it very clear that Spanish is his primary language, and despite this, the appointment was still booked. On 5/06/26, we received a message stating that they do not have bilingual therapists available and that our in-office evaluation had been cancelled. No phone call was made to discuss alternative options, provide referrals elsewhere, or offer any guidance on how to continue his care. To have spent over six months waiting, only to be told at this stage that services cannot be provided, is extremely disappointing and has caused a significant delay in my son receiving therapy. I will be making his provider aware of this experience at his upcoming wellness visit so they can reconsider referring families to this practice in the future.

Like if it was a joke . You probably hear or said this things where parents don't have the knowledge to get it done or know what I can do to help my child more. I contacted the help support line and questioned my opinion when I asked if I can get a second opinion. They went off to say I have to wait a year or talk to the insurance. So they don't do second revise wasted my year evaluation waited for months and so I really hope this company takes care of their next clients this was a bad experience.
