I double checked with my insurance the day before my appt and was told they were not in network. Cancelled my appt but they called to insist they were in network and they had checked. I called my insurance company again and again was told they were not in network. This practice would have charged me hundreds of dollars a visit instead of my $5 copay if I had listened to them. Makes me question their integrity and competence. Hard not to think this wasn't intentional when Im the one stuck with the bill regardless.

All I can say is they were there for me and I caused issues that don't make me proud of myself or fair to those trying to help move things along as fast as possible. Also another issue to point out is my grandmother is hooked up to tubes and a bag to do her "business" needless to say, they haven't changed that bag and it was exploded all over my grandmother and she's sat in her matter for hours. I wonder if they even have running water; another review also said their bathroom was taped off . The evening staff i tracked down was thoroughly confused when I asked where can I get water? I never got anything to drink. It was for my mom who was a thirsty patient. No water accessible. Family members werent notified when she was rushed to the hospital, or sent to a new facility.

I was fortunate to schedule 7 visits to feel comfortable enough to make a 3 day drive back to Oregon. I've been to several therapists in the past . One for tearing my hamstring. Several others for back issues. By far, True Care has been the all around best. Raymond Popp the owner ( Ray), showed me right from the start that he wasn't the typical therapist who would just show how to do the exercise and walk away without any engagement. Ray would also do extremity manipulation on my legs when they were sore or tight. I haven't had a therapist show me that kind of care and knowledge about their craft. The staff was great too. They were friendly and would accommodate me with water and good conversation. If you're in need of any kind of therapy I highly recommend True Care Therapy and Rehabilitation.
