As always, Araceli greeted us warmly and asked how we were doing. Mysty always has a huge smile and warm greeting, and today - she had some hair tricks (Thanks, Mysty!). We were told that the usual provider was not in today - what we were not told was that the ABSOLUTE best provider ever was about to walk into the exam room. Kristen Buchanan was like a breath of fresh air. For the first time when meeting with the provider, my granddaughter did not cry at all. She had a few tears later in the visit when she was given her shots. Even then, she only cried for a few minutes then calmed down. Kristen was so very kind and knowledgeable. She provided much needed information to my daughter for the next stages in eating, language and physical development. Safe to say, my daughter and granddaughter were completely at ease and had the best visit ever! Thank you, Kristen, Mysty and Araceli for making today so wonderful. 1 year check-up and shots are no joke! We so appreciate the kindness and great care that you all provide. I changed providers and that one suggesting trying different formulas and wasn't making sense or listening to me when I said we had already tried cutting out allergens. I was also concerned because my baby was bruising easily and quite pale, and I was severely anemic at the time of delivery, I thought maybe she was too. They kept refusing to draw blood and then they finally did and told me "hemoglobin is within normal range". I didn't believe them and asked for the number. 9.0. I ended up utilizing some online resources that suggested my baby 1- had silent reflux or GERD, and 2- was definitely anemic as hemoglobin of 9.0 is not normal. We ended up changing to the Park West location and I really had to twist the doctor's arm to prescribe my baby famotidine or omeprazole as a trial. That doctor became nasty with me and said "if you're willing to chance the side effects then fine". My baby was in severe pain, not sleeping and losing her voice. The famotidine prescription changed her life. She was no longer in pain and turned into a happy baby. Additionally WIC suggested enfamil AR - pleasant peds never mentioned this - and that helped immensely as well, plus the anemia subsided. At our final visit the doctor suggested we allow our baby to scream and cry inconsolably for a night or two to make her sleep thru the night and told us not to feed her until morning even if she wakes to eat. She was an infant at the time. We walked away and never looked back.

I have been going to him for about 12 years and I have 4 children and also work in Peds so I have experience with many pediatricians. The only negative review he has is from a lady who if you look at her page she has issues with all medical facilities including the dentists. Then today when we're scheduled for my sons annual with a different provider because Dr. Bingham is on vacation... it's just an annual so we make this appointment with this other provider! We're running 5 minutes beyond our 15 minute late window & have been a patient there for 9 years yet they say sorry let's reschedule you.... Really! Dr. Kennedy this other provider couldn't even be bothered to see my son because we were running 5 minutes over their 15 minute late window, are you kidding me! That did it.... That was definitely all the straw that we needed! Unfortunately this is no longer the whole package that it once was in the beginning when we started with them in 2016! She is absolutely lovely and our favorite thing about this doctors office is how caring, Dr Bansal is, and she is just one of those people that are like friends of the family. I am a single mother of three and if I have one kid there being seen, she always ask about my other children. She always remembers what my kids and I tell her what they're interested in. That alone shows she truly cares. This is her practice, there is no other doctors here doesn't matter how busy she is. She always tries to fit you in that day. One day she was fully booked but she said just come in we can squeeze you in between somewhere. Like I said, she's the only one there so she shows up everyday for her patients. Talk about dedication. Now let me talk about her staff. Have you been to an office where you were like, "I loved the like doctor, but the staff was rude or slow etc", not them. The front desk is always very nice, and tries everything they can to put you on the schedule. They always have a warm and welcoming approach w patients. We changed to this office about five years ago and I have never regretted that choice plus there are five minutes from my house right next to arrowhead Hospital so it's easy to get to hope this helps
