Instead of taking accountability of a lack of training. Please notate who you speak with for any concerns. I will list here why you should pick somewhere else to go. 1. If your child has SN and needs OT and has sensory issues pls find a place that has therapists that are certified in sensory integration. For 2 years i requested help with this and all they could do is give me sheets of paper from the internet eventhough they kept saying they knew how to work with OT of which they didnt. I took my kid to another OT specialty office that was certified and they questioned the quality of therapy my child was getting due to this. 2. Their secretary when she first started called babies cant wait to get my speech cancelled after we had a friendly convo about aba and she told me she was vehemently against it..when i called babies cant wait the coordinator confirmed a helping hands rep called them to advise this and apologized thaf she had no reason to go out of her way to do that. My speech thankfully was never cancelled. My baby was newly diagnosed and i had no idea at that time aba was such a heated issue. 3. Lack of transparency. The owner calls and yells at me not recognizing her staff fave the wrong info or made a wrong decision about a question my husband asked Instead of calling to ask.i was berated after two years of goijg to this place told i wasnt an involved parent. If you just need an in and out place go here. But if you want a therapist that really understands sensory issues and is able to work on that instead of just felling you to get a vest and or trampoline go to a place where therapists are certified in sensory integration. I wasted 2 years going here thinking they need what they were doing. If you need to find out who is go on the website online to confirm any therapist has certification. Again always get a name and be transparent. Cos their staff isnt even aware of their own policies and will blame you. And the owner is not aware or accountable to her staff not knowing policy and will blame you for it.

One time she got sick unexpectedly and we found out when we showed up and it was a no go. He looked forward to Ms. Tracy as part of his weekly routine. Unfortunately we changed insurance and I dropped the ball not thinking of his speech therapy but all the other doctors‍ he's not there at the moment so I work with him at home. We tried other therapists in the past but they don't make him work like Ms Tracy so it's a waste of time bc his visits were only 30 min. She's excellent at what she does.

She was so creative, patient, helpful and kind to him when she was working with him. She showed us exercises and games to play with him at home to help build up his left side motor/ bilateral skills. She would come up with these creative toys that we can make at home and he loved all her suggested toys. He has improved so much in the short time we have had with Ashley. She is great and we are so grateful for her work with him. We are forever grateful for all that you have taught our son.

She has always been spot-on with her diagnoses and treatments. Many times I've simply explained my child's symptoms, and she immediately knows what might be going on. After testing and evaluation, she has consistently been right. Dr. Kaur is very experienced, patient, and kind with my girls. She takes her time during consultations and always makes sure our concerns are addressed. I highly recommend her to any parent looking for a knowledgeable and caring pediatrician.

I was discharged from this location on yesterday and found out by a text message. I then went on…read morethe portal and saw the reason for the discharge REASON: I said I was too busy! this discharge also states I requested to be discarged which is LIES. I have never told the lady at the front desk I was too busy never, everytime I leave the office I tell her I will call in to make my next appoitnment. Everytime I do call the front desk Eva, the lady that sits there never have any avaialable slots so clearly there was a conflict. So I called in this morning to ask why was that reason was put for my discharge and that it needs to be fixed because KEISHA who states she is the Director said that's what EVA told her so I am asking when and what time did I tell Eva that? Keisha still saying that's what she was told trying to undermine the reason and blow me off. Very unprofessional, how is she a Director? She was Very rude and hung up in my face. Before she hung up on me I ask for a Supervisor and she would not give me any information also stated she needs to find out what she can change on the discharge paprer. I am like you put the truth, you discharged me and put your policy reason don't lie on me and say I said I was too busy. I never said that. I would never use this location again and I will definately let the VA know this experience since they referred me there. Not to mention I had seen about 4 or 5 different people since I started in March 2025. Two of them left that location then I saw a guy that was filling in, then two other people afterwards. Honestly, I am very dissapointed and for the lady at the front desk to lie and said I said I was too busy and then Keisha to be so rude and disrespectful is unacceptable, even if I did talk over you at the end of the conversation Keisha, I was NOT rude and as a Director you should have empathy better listening skills and better customer sevice skills instead of trying to disregard what I was trying to explain. I started physical therapy with Victor since March for my chronic back pain. Victor is absolutely…read morewonderful! He is professional, knowledgeable and very personal. With every visit, he starts by listening. He listens to my problems and progress. The exercises he gives me are never the same routines. They are always based on the state of my body. Victor is constantly talking to his patients, explaining the problem and educating them about how the body works and how the exercise helps etc. He has helped me not only through treatments, dry needling but also all the education I got with each visit. When I am doing the exercise he assigns, he always keeps an eye on me to make sure I am doing it right and if the exercise is right for me. And it's the same way he treats all his patients. If the exercise doesn't work as he expected, he comes up with an alternative right away. Everyone who works there is warm and friendly. They know your names and even patients greet each other by their first names. I definitely recommend them!

Currently, she's receiving speech and occupational therapy from Kidz Speak. Her speech therapist is "Ms. Trish" Sumner and her OT is "Ms. Lindsey" Giles; both therapists are licensed professionals, with the academics and experience needed to help your child. Catherine loves them and is always excited to go to her appointments; she thinks she's playing. I've sat in on speech and OT sessions, and it amazes me how the therapists work to help Catherine improve on her language skills as well as her fine motor skills. Even if your child is receiving services through the school system, it is not enough. I HIGHLY recommend Kidz Speak. The one-on-one attention your child will receive is critical to helping them reach their fullest potential. I wish your and your child the best.

I've had an extremely frustrating experience with the front office at this Benchmark Physical…read moreTherapy location. There has been constant miscommunication. I was repeatedly given instructions by one staff member, followed them exactly, and then was told by someone else that I should have done something different. This cycle happened multiple times and delayed my care significantly. On several occasions, the office failed to take necessary action to continue my therapy, and I was even discharged while waiting on them to move things forward. One of the worst experiences was with management. After discovering I had been discharged without proper follow-up, I spoke with a manager who was dismissive, argumentative, and raised her voice during the call. She ultimately hung up on me instead of addressing the situation. I was told the issues were due to being short-staffed, but that does not excuse the level of disorganization and lack of professionalism. I filed a complaint with corporate and never received any response. To be clear, my occupational therapist, Adam, was excellent. He was knowledgeable, professional, and the only reason I was willing to continue care at this location. I even asked my workers' comp agency to reschedule me specifically with him. Unfortunately, I was later informed that I had been banned from the location entirely. Because of the repeated delays and lack of coordination from the front office, my workers' comp therapy, which should have been completed over 8 months ago, has been unnecessarily prolonged. I would not recommend this location to anyone expecting clear communication, professionalism, or competent front office support.

I have been a client of Benchmark Physical Therapy located at 5415 Thompson Mill Rd, Ste B,…read moreHoschton, GA 30548 for about six months, working up to a hip replacement on April 10. A week before my surgery, I checked in at the front desk and was informed by Andre that I had 9 visits remaining. After my surgery, I called to schedule an appointment, only to be told that my therapist had closed out my case due to the surgery. Because of that, I was required to obtain a new referral from the VA -- and as many know, the VA can be slow-moving. Fortunately, I was able to get the new referral the same day, Friday, April 18th. When I called back to schedule, I was told that the only available appointment for the entire week of April 21st was a single slot -- right in the middle of the period when I need therapy the most. I declined the appointment and requested a call from the manager or lead therapist. Dawne Ochoa called me the following week, but unfortunately, she did not offer any real solution to address the situation or help me continue my care. At this point, I would consider choosing a different Benchmark location in hopes of receiving more consistent support and communication -- especially during critical recovery periods.
